I couldn’t name one particular incident in dealing with the bank and the very supportive and helpful staff. Help with loans, maximizing my TFSA deposits etc. every year over year, they have been there for my every need. If they couldn’t help me they recommended where I could get assistance. Lori Kelly has been my go to contact for the past numerous years for what ever I wanted, help, advice or whatever. And I brought my father in law into the family at OCCU.
