First of all,
Thank you Trevor for your excellent customer service fast efficient work. You went above and beyond for me today and I'm forever grateful.
I have a small dessert business. Just got my biggest order, and at 1am, I was getting ready to add the edible images and they were destroyed (200 images). Panicked I remained calm. I started googling where I could possibly get help first thing Monday morning as my delivery was for 12pm. Called one place at 8 they said they couldn't help me. Called Trevor at 8:10am not only did he help me my logos were ready by 9:10 am for pick up. Trevor you don't understand how much you saved me today and I thank you so much. I recommend Durham Label Inc. to anyone looking for printing support in the near future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I rarely give 5 stars, because let’s face it, nothing and no one is perfect, but Durham Label deserves it, because they came through for me at a time when I had already been waiting a month for new labels from another company.I called and met with Trevor in the same day, and one short week later I was picking up my newly designed labels. Durham Label is always fast and accommodates all my printing needs. They’re also great for helpful suggestions on promoting my small business.I refer all my friends and clients to Durham label.

Durham Labels has exceptional customer service! They accepted my last minute order which was low volume but didn't hold back on the customer service one bit. Trevor was very responsive and attentive to my requests. Would definitely recommend them for small or big projects!

We had a high volume sticker project with a very tight deadline and were struggling to find vendors who could complete the project within the time frame. Fortunately, I came across Durham Label and the response time was so fast. I gave them our idea and the labels were in our hands in less than a week. Highly recommend!
