I had a horrible experience with Alisha at this store. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed that she was the manager. Her body language was extremely unprofessional...she was making faces, pursing her lips and displaying visible irritation while I was trying to complete my transaction.
After reading other reviews, I’m shocked to see how many similar experiences have been shared and that nothing was done to address her attitude. Any future employers considering Alisha should be cautious, as her demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional. She would not last a day at my business! Honestly, I’m not surprised to see that this store has since closed. Good riddance.

Oshawa store has the worst customer service.I bought a jacket from the Oshawa store today for 150$ including taxes and the same jacket online, on the same day, is 112$ including taxes. When I called the store to do a price match, Alisha from the store was very rude with her delivery of information, saying they won’t do a price match because (1) today their store closes soon (2) won’t do price match over the phone because as per Alisha, ‘I can’t just take what you’re saying and do the price match on the phone’. Well Alisha, coming to the store is still okay, even though it’s not a seamless shopping experience. But your school and whoever you grew up with, clearly failed to teach you social skills and how to respectfully and politely interact with people. Specially, if you are paid to do customer service. May be do better next time? Also I saw you in the store today, yea, you wouldn’t last a day in my business. If this store even has a manager, may be check all other reviews, this store is famous for providing horrible customer service, now I know why.

Garbage employees, trash being called clothes, warranty that's good for 2 months so when your clothes come apart at the seams they can refuse to help.
Absolute trash company, you'll find better clothes at Walmart

Had to do a return. I was treated badly. It was simple and straightforward. Had reciept it was a size issue. Within time limit. They examined and re examined item and called a manager. Manager was also rude insisting I had to have a debit. I had it... never a debate. Begrudgingly completed return. I buy and return in person to help keep retail stores open...people employed. Save the attitude. Be appreciative of the customers that keep you employed. Think about it.

I was looking for a sweater that was not in my size in store. A sales associates named Taylor worked with me to find it online and, when it was out of stock, helped me find a similar sweater in the colour and size I wanted. She had it shipped to my house for free and encouraged me to check my email for any coupons the store had sent. Taylor also applied the store’s sale to my order before I had thought to ask. She was very thorough, patient, and helpful. I always get good service at this store but she was excellent.

Won’t refund a gift, make you go to the person that gave it to you to get a refund. Wouldn’t support this nonsense

The girl Taylor and Adam are so welcoming always. I hate going to Roots and American Eagle because the girls are so rude and unprofessional. I like Eddie for nice clothes and cheerful smiling faces. But lately i have observed the quality of clothes are not even close to roots.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. After nearly 10 days, I have still not recieved a order confirmation. "Support staff" informed me they have no idea when/if my order will arrive due to "shipping issues" and because they "switched warehouses". I was told the order could not be reversed, yet a pending charge was put on my credit card.
Support staff in their chats refused to provide their name and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. They also refused to provide information about where to get more help. Also refused to provide a copy of the chat for my records.
The website mentions no issues related to stock, shipping delays etc. Be warned... If you buy from them online they will take your money and give you nothing in return. No service, updates, return, cancellation etc. You won't even get your item for weeks if your lucky. I don't even know how what they are doing is legal....
