A couple months ago I went into Fraser Durham Chrystler Jeep and Ram. As a young entrepreneur I was interested in purchasing myself a new electrical rubicon which has been my dream vehicle in recent years. Came into the dealership ready to buy one in cash but when I walked in I was getting looks from several employees giving off the vibes that I was not to be taken seriously. When I approached one of them to take one for a test drive and ask about final pricing I was told to bring in my ‘guardian’ for credit checks basically implying I was unqualified to purchase a vehicle based off only my appearance. Very disappointed with my experience as this was an exciting moment for me. Me and my father went to Scarsview Chrystler who made my experience much more smooth sailing, treated me with respect, took me seriously, and helped me get into a new vehicle within a couple of weeks.

Do not go here! I bought my car from a dealer named Peter, and when I walked in for service, I was looking for him to say hi. One of the service staff said, ‘We don’t know who Peter is; he doesn’t work here,’ in a rude, passive-aggressive tone. I bought a car from him just a week ago—how can you not know the dealer who worked with me so recently? I didn’t realize I had been scammed by a fake dealer at an actual RAM dealership. The aggressive tone toward customers is unacceptable. I didn’t spend $80,000 on a new truck for this kind of service. This is why people go to Menzies across the street. I would give zero stars if Google allowed it!

I highly recommend asking for Flo. He is without a doubt the most down to earth, considerate and passionate salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He goes above and beyond for his clients even after the purchase is completed.
Sherry from the finance department is also absolutely wonderful. She is dependable and highly responsive, making the process smooth and worry free.
