Excellent service. Great experience buying a new carSalesman "Nangy" was amazing. Nicole, the finance guru, was like an old friend with all the help and concern. Together, they were amazing making feel at ease and expertly answering all my concerns. High level of buying experience. The sales manager was very caring and understanding. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership, even if you don't want a Stellantis, drive one for yourself.

They lie to their customers and overcharge them for things that shouldn't be serviced for.I feel bad for elderly folks that been getting scammed everyday. I brought my truck to check my AC leak in the summer and they said it was the evaporator that cost 2k+ and I was frustrated. Took it to a private mechanic and fixed it for $95 just changed the high pressure switch. What a shame on Fraser snd thier ridiculous lies. They just want money from customers ?? I don't suggest this or any dealership, find an honest mechanics in the area.

Our experience with Fraser Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Oshawa Ontario was very positive and it was worth every bit of the drive there from our home in West Toronto to see and purchase our minivan. From the moment we first arrived there until we drove away with our minivan we received exceptional customer service from our sales person Colleen Buchmann as well as from the sales manager, Joanne Tallis and the finance manager, Sherry Levinski They were all very respectful, courteous and informative. Colleen spent as much time as needed with us in order for us to make our decision on the vehicle. She also made a concerted effort to help us obtain the vehicle at a price which was satisfactory to us. She appeared at all times to make customer care her primary goal. We are convinced that Fraser Chrysler Dodge Jeep will always be attentive should we have any questions concerning our vehicle. Therefore, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone based on our experience.

Well, all I can say is what an amazing experience at Fraser Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I had an appointment at 12 noon on Saturday, December 9th, at the dealer and decided to go in a bit earlier because I had an appointment with a client. I had explained this to the advisor Tara and to my surprise she said was very accommodating she did not get defensive and say no we have appointments for a reason so your going to have to wait till your set out appointment she was very professional and said ok I will see what I can do and to my surprise I was out by the time I needed. In the dealership world we often hear about the bad things and never about the great experiences. Well, let it be known that Tara is an asset to the company because of her professionalism and deemener. Thank you Tara for the experience and thank you to the Technician who performed my oil change. He was also pleasant when he handed over my keys. I was very impressed how knowingly he knew my truck had an upgraded exhaust and he didn't go crazy reving it like a race car driver he respected the truck. This is why I will now come back and get my brakes done because of this experience. Thank you very much for a great experience. I will tell my clients about this experience and my construction buddies who also drive pick up trucks. THANKS !!!!! ?

Update: Dealership called to offer a break on the cost of the repair. Job now completed, very satisfied. Thank you Fraser Chrysler.Dealership won't offer up any help whatsoever on my 2018 Jeep with 43,000 Km facing a $5,000 AC repair. Or even waive the second diagnostic fee. Why bring it to the place you bought it? Hoping Chrysler Canada can help.

The service was great! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with courtesy and made to feel comfortable enough that conversations other then business related were made.I live over an hour away from the dealership and I can guarantee that my next purchase will be made there. They won my loyalty.

Thanks to the Service Team for helping out in a pinch! I was changing over my summer tires to winter tires at home when I noticed my locking lug nuts were stripped and I couldn't get them off. I called the dealership and they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day to help out even though they were swamped. Thanks again for the great service!

Had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Specifically with Franklin and Joanne and Stan. Everything from lying about delivery dates, not returning emails or calls, phone numbers that don’t actually get answered, having an unqualified person selling me the commercial vehicle, my salesman being rude to other employees in front of me, lowballing me for my trade-in by 75% less than value, changing prices when it was finally delivered a year later and then telling me if i don’t like it too bad. Lying about features in the vehicle, and making me drive the salesman to the gas station for the gas he was supposed to put in before I picked up the car and then having to drive him back, and then him not getting out of the car until I told him I would give a good review.Make sure to bring your running shoes because you’re gonna get the runaround here. I will never ever come back to this dealership for anything including any service. I would rather drive to Lindsay or Pickering then every step foot in this joke of a dealership again.

New 2023 Ram 1500 with only 2600km on it broke down near this dealership on hwy 401 at midnight, and thank God it didn't get into any accident as the steering wheel power was gone and I was unable to turn it in any direction at a speed of 100km/hr. Roadside assistance provided by Chrysler and dropped my truck at Fraser.Didn't get any call from dealership the next morning when they opened. Later afternoon when I called the service department, they said they have 3 more vehicles that were towed here, and they can't advise the time when this vehicle would be diagnosed. The following day when I called again, the same answer was repeated, that 3 vehicles are ahead of mine and no timeframe provided. Like in 24hr they didn't even diagnose any towed vehicle??? Or is it just because towed vehicles can't go anywhere, so let them sit, cz customer have to wait for warranty repairs or take it elsewhere and pay for repair. Another thing is that the loaner vehicle won't be provided until they diagnose the issue, which they don't know when they gona diagnose. So basically get a rental vehicle and pay out of your pocket, when you already bought a brand new vehicle just a month ago for $75000

I had some questions about a 2010 Jeep Sarah Wrangler. So I cold called this dealership and every person with whom I spoke, was phenomenal. They answered every question I had. I then spoke with Mike the general manager on the phone and he was so very helpful, honest and kind. He made me feel very respected and valued. He gave me great advice which I intend to follow. Very impressed with the staff at this dealership.

Amazing customer service and they have got the real deal by having Mr. Nangy as one of their sales representatives. He is amazing at what he’s doing there. Went there for a test drive and ended up buying my dream car. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Won’t fix an issue that’s under warranty, didn’t even ask me what it was. Was asked the question… “ did you buy the vehicle here? I responded no because nobody had the vehicle during the pandemic. They said “ no we are backlogged for months” when I asked how many they said “months.”* Edited due to response: My name is not on file because you turned down service on the phone… If you read the review that would be clear. Turned down offering me service because vehicle was not purchased there.

I bought a car from this dealership just over a year ago. I was impressed from the minute I walked through the door. The staff are phenomenal. Prior to the purchase I had lots of questions, the staff & sales team were very patient and took time to address all my questions & concerns. I was treated kindly and never felt rushed. I love my new vehicle & now take it there for my oil changes & tire rotation. I am just blown away at how amazing the service staff have been. I have a busy schedule but they always work with me. All my interactions have been 5 star, I have & will continue to recommend Fraser to all my friends & family who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Thank you Fraser!
