A week ago went to there store to order a battery for my cell phone they said it will be in the next day call the next day they say it will be in on Monday call back the next day to see if it has arrived no we will call you when I comes in a week goesa by no call I go back to the store and ask again they say now their supplier said they are all sold out it would of been nice if they called me back to let me know if there was a problem instead of wasting my time waiting the same old story we will call you we will call you it would of been nice to get a answer but no been hearing this from businesses far too long and they never do unacceptable way to do business you won't get my business again bad business practices unacceptable

Took my phone in for a simple battery replacement. They broke my screen and tried to tell me it was my fault. Then tried to sell me on a new screen, even though they were the ones who broke it in the first place. Screen was replaced for free, but with a poor quality aftermarket replacement.Would not recommend going here for any sort of phone repairs. Instead of owning up to their mistakes they blame the paying customer.
