About Ganjika House Cannabis Store
Ganjika House is a welcoming and safe cannabis store in the Durham region, known for its amazing and knowledgeable staff who provide great, helpful, and honest customer service. The staff are friendly and kind, offering honest opinions about products without pushing sales, and are very knowledgeable, with one even noted as a hash grand master. Customers love the wonderful products and quality, calling it their go-to dispensary.
The shop aims to be a soothing space with a wide variety of products. However, some note that the new in-store order system is less user-friendly than the old self-serve kiosks, making it longer to find items with fewer filters. While the rewards point system is noted to add up slowly, customers feel the quality of service and product is worth it, even during busy times when staffing can seem limited. Many highly recommend it as a great place to shop.
