I love this location! Everyone who worked this past Sunday were all so welcoming and made me feel safe. I was nervous about trying on a skirt out of my comfort zone and the staff made it a good experience. Especially Alexa!

This is my second time coming to this location and I kid you not the guy at the front counter DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANYONE in the store. Heâs always on his personal phone having a very deep conversation with whoever. Iâll take my money elsewhere. What I do recommend is for management to take action, youâre losing business not making business. Get new employees that take their job serious. Youâre literally paying an employee to sit on his cell phone and not care about you making sales.

Usually enjoy going to this store for jewelry and obscure things. Have called a few times in the past to check for an obscure product that was carried in previous years and have been laughed at by staff members. May not ever go back if staff doesn't respect customers enough to not laugh when being asked a serious question

I love this store they are an amazing staff crew and are absolutely amazing people always so friendly, and on top of that, they don't have to but are extremely friendly and interact amazing with my little kiddos when they are in tow I would recommend them 100% of the time to anyone.

Was in the store with my wife on Sunday afternoon around 5. Walked in and two employees were near the door talking and didn't acknowledge us, not even a hello. There were other people in the store and after a few minutes it was down to about 3 of us as customers. Not once were we greeted by anyone nor asked if we needed help with anything. I had a few things in mind and we passed the front cash and all four, yes four employees were TOO busy having their conversation with each other that we were totally dismissed as customers. Regardless of how your customers look, age, or whatever the case is, you should have the courtesy to at least say hi to them but alas nothing. It was at this point we decided to take our business elsewhere because we wouldn't want to interrupt their conversation by going back in to the store. I refused to reward them with getting what I came in for when you can't have the decency to even say hello. Disappointed with the customer service here. Won't go back.

Fantastic service. Assistant manager (had long, black hair?) helped me and my grandma getting a gift for cousin. Meemaw did the yoinky-sploinky afterwards. 5 stars!
