Not sure why people have had problems.
Unfortunately I have had to use them multiple times. Each time they have been friendly, professional and quick. Photos taken by driver prior to pick up to show any damage prior to hooking up. Overall would highly recommend them.

Pretty sure that some of the bad reviews Jim's Towing has received are from people who have never used their services. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Ben was A true professional. He was very kind and courteous and very professional hands-down one of the best towing services I’ve ever had.
