I can't express enough thanks to KP's for fixing my small tiny problem that took him literally 30 seconds to do, while the dealership told me 3 hours of labor and about 900 dollars. I am going to no other mechanic EVER! I'm extremely thankful and will be telling my entire family to go! Did I forget to mention he told me stop in a few hours after I called! Still honest people in the world. Amazing.

Late review. Was looking for my 19 year old sons first car, with a limited budget. He initially started looking at Facebook Marketplace and quickly discovered it's not for him. Found a few on Autotrader locally and went to check them out. Without a doubt, KP's was the most honest and easy to deal with of all the dealers. Once we chose a car, we were allowed to take it to our mechanic to have them inspect it before we bought it. They identified a few issues, which KP's fixed before purchase. Price was as advertised, and hassle free. There were at least 3 other suitable cars on his lot in our price range as well. Would recommend if looking for a reasonably priced used car.

KP Auto Service was recommended to us five years ago and we are thrilled we found them. The boys provide professional service at reasonable rates to keep our Mazda CX3 running in top condition. We have saved hundreds with KP compared to previous mechanics in the Durham area.

The people were very good and they have clear pricing and value proposition. They also come with a good review from professional drivers like Taxi and Uber drivers. That being said, I probably picked the worst day to go there. I tried two cars. The Civic started off great but then started giving Airbag issues. Then it started to shake vigourously and shut down upon arrival at the store. The next one didn't start at all. The guys didn't really hide anything so I'll give them a pass on this round. But, they should maintain their cars on their lot better.

Exceptional Service and Expertise!
I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to KPs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating.
I was introduced to them by my in-laws and i will 100% be continuing using them. my husbands whole family uses them, and can’t say 1 bad thing.
Overall, I highly recommend KPs to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality auto repair services. It’s rare to find a shop that combines such great service, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. I will definitely be coming back for all my future car needs!
