“Great service and my clothes always come back clean and well cared for. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the pricing for women’s shirts.

When I asked why a basic women’s button-down costs more than twice as much as a men’s shirt for the same service, I was told it’s because they use different dryers and finishing equipment for women’s and men’s shirts. I appreciate them taking the time to explain their pricing, but it’s still difficult to understand why that alone results in such a significant price difference, especially for a simple shirt that’s very similar to a men’s dress shirt, the only difference being the placement of the buttons.

Aside from that, I’ve had a positive experience and the staff has always been courteous.”

“Had some large blankets i needed washed. Haven't been to a laundromat in years. The lady there was very helpful. Helped me work the machine and was cheerful. Maybe the other people complaining caught her on a bad day... guess what... we all have them!! Place was clean. $7 to wash in a double loader. I only put in 4 quarters for 8mins but was taking them home for on the line. Will return and thanks for your help!”
