Robin is the absolute best employee I have ever met! This was my very first time I have ever been into Lush and I cannot wait to come back. From the moment I walked in, she demonstrated such positive energy and helped me find exactly what I needed and more. Fran is also such a sweetheart and provided me with a sample. Customer service 10/10.

The service here was absolutely amazing. Ella is such a sweetheart, she was knowledgeable and so kind. I didn’t catch the cashiers name but she also was so lovely. Can’t remember the last time I got service like that anywhere.

Fran and Christine were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help out my friend and I with a demo of the products we were looking at and were extremely knowledgeable about all the products. Fran gave great recommendations and scent combinations to try out! Over all phenomenal experience and I’m so happy with my purchase!

Went to lush today just to smell a body spray and had the sweetest interaction with 2 employees. Fran and Christine were above and beyond and made it such an enjoyable experience! Helped me and my friend out let us try a couple of products, we’re so educated on the products they were showing us and generally just cared! Fran especially was 10/10 would drive back here just to talk to Fran !!!

The customer service in this store is some of the best I’ve ever had. All staff are kind, helpful, and very informed on all of their products! I went in during the holiday season and it was very busy, but I was still greeted and helped by friendly staff.

After a long day at work, I popped into Lush. Lindsay the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed and gave me great product information. I will definitely come back to Lush! Thank you Lindsay.

I came in last night to grab a scrub I’ve been meaning to get for a while and Christine was the most helpful and kind sales associate I’ve ever come into contact with. Her alone will be the reason I come back. I ended up leaving with more than I came in and the moisturizer she gave me a sample of is AMAZING!!!

This week I went to Lush to go shopping and Stephanie (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was a ray of sunshine and helped my sister and I find products for us. Not only that when I mentioned to her that a certain product was not working for my hair, she gave me a sample of another product to try. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience Stephanie!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Hanna. She was so kind and friendly from the second we spoke. I told her I came due to a spray that’s going viral on TikTok and she actually put me onto another spray that was phenomenal in smell and not to strong. She gave such honest advise and review of their product and she has a lot of product knowledge for only being there 3 weeks. Not to mention how captivating and beautiful she is inside and out. If the manager is reading this promote her immediately because she is worth keeping and she cares about customer service which is critical in today’s world. Thank you so much Hanna and I will be back to that location because of you! You treated me and my family beautifully and those are things you don’t forget

This is much over due , I went in for my birthday to grab some goodies I just love lush products so much!! A super kind and knowledgeable and so helpful employee (Maddy) helped me, I told her my favourite lush products and she got me on some more similar products that I just LOVE and gave me free samples to try. Best store in the mall to visit best products and kindest staff. Thank you for making my day!!
