I give this store 4 stars because they have excellent staff. Marks appears to have lost its edge in quality and decent selection. It always appears to have a lack of customers these days which is very telling.

Visited this store over the weekend and it was a dissapointing experience. Staff werent friendly and didnt say hello, This store was disorganzied- pants that werent on sale were mixed with those on sale, and we had a hard time finding my husbands size . When he found his size, we go to pay and find out they are the ones not on sale (but were with the ones that were). There were 3 staff at the front when this happened, and we were surprised by the price thinking these were on sale- when we explained this and how we had a hard tjme finding his size the one worker just said ohh really ?If they cared about making a sale they would have said which sale pants and size were you looking for, and could have went over to support. Clearly they didnt care about making a sale- we just walked out shocked with the poor quality of customer service, and wont be back to this location!
