i run an industrial sales business. Service is very important to me
I came in today, someone had bought a pair of jeans as a gift. being of gnome/troll size I take a 34-28. They didn't have any but I must have had 4 different sales people come help me and search. I will grab them from another location. But I was super impressed here and will be back to buy my wife some jeans next week.
What was nice, I appear pretty blue collar. Just jeans and a shirt with a ball cap. My wife is the same yet they treated us like professionals.
Well done. I'm a customer now

Regular mark's customer for over 20 years and i was happy over all until i visit this specific locations at Taunton and harmony in oshawa .Very poor customer service and not willing to help
