I recently had to go back to Kris for a warranty replacement on my window. I was worried it might be a difficult process as it has been a few years and the company has now changed. But Kris was professional and helpful. Despite being a different company, Kris still honoured his work. He inspected the film, agreed it needed a fix, and scheduled me in right away. The new install is flawless. It’s rare to find a shop that stands by their warranty like this (especially when the company changed). Don't have any doubts, Kris will definitely take care of you and your vehicle.

Kris is and awesome dude to deal with!
I brought my 25 Rav4 in for some tint and he did a wicked job. Nearly perfect match to oem rear windows. No bubbles or specks and i was in an out in around an hour.

Kris wrapped my Corvette C8 Z06 last year along with window tint. I had some very minor corner lift in a couple areas one year later as tends to happen when you have sharp corners so brought it back to Kris and he immediately fixed without hesitation. Kris takes pride and stands behind his work.

I had an amazing experience getting PPF done on my RAV4 here! Kris was incredibly responsive to emails, patient with my (many!) questions, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I felt completely comfortable. The quality of his work is excellent — my car looks fantastic!
What stood out most was how easy Kris was to talk to and how respectful he was throughout the whole process. Not once did he talk down to me or try to take advantage of me for being a woman, which unfortunately happens too often in this industry. His pricing is fair and competitive, and I’ll definitely be coming back for ceramic coating and window tinting next. Highly recommend!

I want to commend Kris for his professionalism and honesty when it comes to his work. I had an unfortunate incident where the ppf on my bumper had become damaged, and I was almost certain the entire bumper would need to be replaced in order to rectify the issue. I called Kris and scheduled an appointment to bring the car in for him to look at it. Much to my surprise, rather than going the easy (and more expensive for me) route of just replacing the entire bumper, Kris took a much different approach. He explained to me in great detail another way he could tackle the problem area on my bumper. He suggested only replacing the area that was damaged, and extending it to a natural body line so that the replacement was much less noticeable. He was very up front with what to expect with the end result and I really appreciated that. Fast forward to the completed work, and I'm absolutely blown away! If I didn't tell you the piece had been replaced, you would never even notice. The end result was far better than I expected. I'm incredibly happy I found Kris, and I can't recommend him enough. All of my vehicles current and future will be going to Precision Performance Films and I suggest everyone else to do the same.

Had an amazing experience getting my car worked on at Precision Performance Films. Kris was super easy to communicate with — upfront, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. I came in for tint and PPF, and the results genuinely exceeded my expectations.
What stood out was the attention to detail. The film was applied with absolute precision — no visible edges, no bubbles, nothing out of place. It’s the kind of work you only get when someone truly cares about the end result.
I also appreciated how transparent the whole process was. Kris explained the pros and cons of different products without any pressure, which made the decision really easy. It felt more like talking to an expert than a salesperson.

Kris has finished both of my Mercedes vehicles (1 SUV, 1 sedan) with PPF and Ceramic coating. Kris does excellent work. He is a true auto enthusiast, and as such, he understands the value we place in our cars. Not only does he understand how to properly apply those products, he has deep knowledge and experience, can provide options, and helpful suggestions for caring for your vehicle after you've left the shop.
