Personally I was looking for something I couldn’t find off the rack, double breasted jacket and full cut pleated pants, and was pleasantly surprised to find the option here.”

Very cool people and unique pieces that make any outfit make you look like a rockstar. It can be pricy but very much worth the price tag as these are eye catching pieces. She was super friendly and she found what I was looking for so she placed them on hold behind the counter. When I arrived again she was so nice. She welcomed me by name with a smile on her face. “The family and I browsed for Christmas shopping. We ended up buying stuff for our selves lol. We bought a blanket, Christmas ornaments, two wallets, Christmas pj's sets. A good howl for a small trip. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Felt comfortable to look around which made us buy more. Good inventory of items and nice layout of store. “I was looking for a sweater that was not in my size in store. A sales associates named Taylor worked with me to find it online and, when it was out of stock, helped me find a similar sweater in the colour and size I wanted. She had it shipped to my house for free and encouraged me to check my email for any coupons the store had sent. Taylor also applied the store’s sale to my order before I had thought to ask. She was very thorough, patient, and helpful. I always get good service at this store but she was excellent.”

“I had such a great experience shopping at urban planet in the Oshawa Centre. There is this really sweet girl named Jessica. She was so kind to me. Believe it or not we went to high-school together 5 years ago. As I went to check out, she immediately recognized me and greeted me. I felt so bad because I couldn’t remember her name at the moment. “My go to place for shopping. They've curated items so efficiently that it's easy to shop. I built my wardrobe from scratch thanks to Plato's closet and that's why they see me if at all every week.. ??♀️.. I sometimes feel awkward to show up every other day lol.
