  Anytime I've been here, it's been a good experience. Staff is helpful whenever they are around (sorry to the worker today who thought I fell when I was just looking for something I accidentally kicked under a shelf 😅 and thanks for helping me reteieve it). I hardly make returns but the one recently went smooth. Also love the self checkout system there, it's much faster for me and less anxiety inducing than a cashier (even though they're all nice!). Lots of clearance and sales items it's hard to leave with just the items I came for.

  I have been here several times and the service is fantastic. The job done by the staff and the framers is wonderful.

  Horrible costumer service,if you need help with Purolator even worse.the ladies never help anyone,never smile,I tried couple times to come here and shop but never again.

  Store isn’t always stocked at the drawing/colouring section. I don’t like that they are pushing people into using self-checkout. I prefer to deal with a person.

  The lady at the check out was so rude. When I asked her for help with a coupon instead of looking at what I was showing her on her phone, she made assumptions. Told me to “read what it says” and told me that the deal ended on Black Friday. Then when I showed her that it was until December she told me it was online only. Then I showed her it said in store and online. Then she told me I wasn’t on the right site. Then when she asked for help and realized I was in fact on the right site she didn’t even apologize. Just plain rude. She was blonde with long hair and a little bit older. Don’t work up front if you are frustrated by customers asking you questions.

  our last three frames handled by Michael's in Oshawa and done by aaron brothers were simply a mistake,hanging brackets have been attached not leveled!, why bother providing a little level as a tool for wireless hangers???stretching the back paper on the frame unprofessional,expected more from such services
