Not shopping there again. I hate self-checkouts and the employee just pointed to the next machine and wasn’t helpful when I asked for assistance. I am not working there and I should have the option of an employee cashing me out. I left without buying.

This store doesn't even rate a 1 to b ho est..with employees like Gloria on your front cash I don't know how anyone get to pay or God forbid needs help. I was in this store today and this is my 4rd e counter with this employee she's horrible rude with the customers and very disrespectful..I we t looking for another employee to help and the one I found on the floor was just as rude so good job hiring such inadequate staff..

Today, I went to the Custom Framing section and received outstanding service from Lilli. The associate is very knowledgeable and very patient. She gave me many options and I would definitely recommend Michael’s for custom framing.

Great experience at Michaels in Oshawa Harmony Centre! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the store had a wider selection than most other locations. Found the perfect fabric for my cosplay project. Prices, though, felt noticeably higher than they really need to be.

This low rating is to warn people about thier Purolator package drop off, no reglection on Michaels store. Make sure you talk to an actual person that can give you a tracking number for your return package otherwise you will get no results. Better yet go to the actual Purolator store for your returns

Does not accept QR code Purolator**
I’m have two under two. I drag them to the store, unload them, wait in line at the front under the GIANT Purolator sign—sorry, it’s at the back. Go to the back, wait in line again—sorry we are pick up / drop off store only—like anyone knows what that means from the signs. I AM dropping off. I just have a QR code. Do better.
