MY husband and I walked into this store looking for items to build a tent for our toddlers room. We apparently went into the wrong aisle and immediately a super nice gentlemen walked up to us and asked if we needed any assistance . After minutes of conversation he was able to help us and directed us to where we needed to go get the items we were looking for.

This gentleman ( MICHAEL) was complete knowledge of every single aisle. His CUSTOMERS service was amazing and it was a pleasure. MICHAEL if you ever read this one day please continue to be the wonderful person you are. I live all the way In Brampton but will drive all the way to Oshawa because of your outstanding performance and customer service.”

“I was in the Whitby Rona Thursday this week and had a fantastic interaction. I was looking for a new toilet seat. I had walked by numerous aisles with no luck at spotting anything and a gentleman who was setting up a vanity for display noticed me looking. He asked if I needed any assistance and I explained what I was looking for and he directed me to the end of the aisle, where they were located. I did not like the price of the toilet seats there so I started to leave the store. He saw me leaving without anything in my hand and stopped me to see if everything was okay. If he could help me further. I explained I didn’t want to spend that much on the seats that were there. He asked me to give him a minute and proceeded to take time out of what he was doing to find another spot in the store where there were some less expensive toilet seats in a bin that I had not noticed. He found the one I was looking for and brought it right over to me. He could’ve just let me walk out, but he didn’t. He stopped me to make sure everything was OK. It was exceptional customer service, service that you don’t get very often anymore. I asked his name in case I was asked to take a survey. His name was Johnathan and he was fabulous. So this review is a shout out to Johnathan for going the extra mile for me because it was so thoughtful and appreciated.”
