0 Stars - Horrible Experience with Onsite Restorations
I had Onsite Restorations, with technician Goutham Sashida Reddy Pinnaka, work on my Tesla Model Y Performance on September 19th. Just 1 hour after he left, the work was already showing as completely unsatisfactory. The color doesn’t match, and there’s a visible warp in the paint.
Fast forward a week to today, September 26th, when Goutham shows up again, not to fix the issue but to argue with me! He even claimed that "nobody can match paint in the industry." That statement alone shows they are clearly in the wrong line of work. This is not a cheap $5000 car where subpar work would be acceptable—this is a premium vehicle, and the results were embarrassing.
I've attached pictures of the conversation and the poor quality of the work for reference. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Absolutely shameful service from both Goutham and the company.

Derreck actually shifted his schedule for me and showed right on time. He fixed the curb rash on a very difficult original Mustang wheel. He explained the process to me and completed the work as quoted. Friendly, professional and affordable service overall. I highly recommend OnSite Restorations for any wheel refinishing needs.

Let me start by saying how thrilled I am to be righting this review. First thank you Mike for your professionalism and promptness. The work was completed in the comfort of my own garage... no need to drive to a company and pick up my car after completion. I was selling my 2015 C7 vette and wanted to sell as mint. There were only 2 blemishes on the vehicle. A severe curb rash on a front wheel and a worn leather spot from wear and tear on the drivers seat. I was amazed at the final result. Needless to say my car was sold for top dollar the following week, thanks to Mike. I have included before and after pixService: Body & Trim

If you are detailed oriented and value good service please avoid this company. Their repaint job was terrible with dust particles and hair stuck underneath the paint. Even though they offered to fix this, I wouldn’t trust them the second time.Service: Body & Trim
