Horrible customer service. We wanted to buy a pair of earrings but the woman helping us would only pull a few out for us to see and wouldn't show us all of them. Hardly any were displayed so we had to rely on help. Ended up buying a pair, she tried to sell us a gift box and other things but we declined so with her back facing us she put the earrings in a small bag and sent us on our way. I wanted to make sure they were the right earrings as she didn't show us so I checked the bag. The earrings were loose in a small piece of tissue paper not even wrapped up. What is that??? LOOSE??? Not even on a small piece of cardboard or wrapped securely?? I almost lost them pulling the tissue paper out. I will never go back again, EVER!! Guess we were just waisting her time. Initials of the salesperson are J.B. Owners, don't even bother responding to this review, there is nothing you can post to make us think you care or will do anything about it. You have lost a faithful customer. J.B, you should look for a different line of work as you have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Today I went into the store shopping for my mother and myself, a lady with long brown hair that had blonde highlights tied up in a ponytail & curtain bangs, who wore glasses asked me if I needed help and I mentioned to her that I had seen something online that was on sale and that I would like to see it in person, I don’t think she liked that b/c at first she said they didn’t have it but then found it in the display the sale online was maybe 10$ less and I really didn’t mind paying full price but when I asked her to try it on for some reason there was a long pause and I felt she was reluctant… she did let me try it on but made me feel really weird ,after that the rest of the interaction she seemed uninterested in my business .. so I took my money down the hall to charm diamond centre and purchased two items and paid WELL over the amount of items I was looking at pandora. I’m not sure if she felt like I was a waste of time or that I wasn’t going to buy something but that’s not an excuse to give off the type of energy she gave me especially when working in sales.

I had an amazing experience at Pandora Oshawa! It was my first time shopping there, and I wasn’t sure what to choose. Thankfully, the salesperson, Sumiya, was incredibly helpful and guided me in picking a beautiful necklace that I absolutely love. Her patience and expertise made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
After shopping, I wanted to capture the moment with my husband, and she happily took a picture for us without hesitation. Such thoughtful service made my visit even more special. I’ll definitely be returning to this Pandora location for my next jewelry purchase!

Deleting reviews does not cover up the fact that this store is ran by a bunch of rude incompetent people lol you’re only further proving our points.
Hello , It’s me again and after a week I’ve come back with some updates so that our complaints are properly dealt with and forwarded to corporate , here’s what you need to know. The store manager/s that more than half of these complaints are about is named Marlyn and the daughter who is also assistant store manager is Addia and the store owner is Rachel. Thank you to the associate who was able to assist with this information. I’m pretty sure families can not be under management together however I may be incorrect but the fact that either of them are still employed here considering the 100s of negative reviews dating back to as far as 2018-2019 about Marlyn makes me believe their behaviour is being coddled by the owners who don’t seem to see an issue with the way their store is being ran. During my 1st statement they claim they do not delete reviews however my aunt left a review informing them of their poor management skills at this location and it’s no longer here. As hard workers we spend our hard earned money expecting exceptional customer service and this location CONSTANTLY falls short . I wouldn’t even say you need to do better because it’s clearly a skill issue and you need to hire people that are CAPABLE of doing their jobs and truly understand what good customer service is. I hope this review sparks the owners attention as for me and those with similar experiences I hope I was able to help.

On January 24, 2025 the evening Manager, which I have come to find out is the owners daughter, must have been having a terrible night because her customer service skills were horrible. She was rude and disrespectful, and we will happily take our business to another pandora store after years of shopping here. Of course she would not disclose her name, as she knew she was in the wrong and did not want us to lodge a formal complaint. Terrible customer service skills, and she should really rethink her career choices, because working at her parents store is not her forte, or at the very least work harder at retaining customer relationships, instead of pushing them away. Also, calling security because they are friends to try and bully patrons to leave the mall is also not the best tactic to use, as it just make you look simple.
Not at all surprised that the owner has not responded, but I will be taking this to cooperate office as the behaviour displayed was beyond normal and she acted like a spoiled brat and lost all composure with me when I called her out on her attitude and when I pushed back she didn’t like it. I had no problem taking my business elsewhere, where they actually knew the pandora policies and were in and out of the store in 5 minutes, after a professional, rationale and pleasant transaction took place.

Terrible customer service not only from the sales associate, but also from the manager. I went to this location to complete a return and an exchange and had nothing but attitude from the moment I stepped into the store, resulting in me not being able to compete the transaction. Working in customer service myself, I’m well aware that this is NOT the way you treat customers. Avoid this location at all costs

I went to the pandora store yesterday at the oshawa location and I had a very nice worker helping me. She had amazing customer service skills and it really made my day. She was super sweet and tried her best to help me with everything. She gave me a lot of options to pick out from and even helped me to pick out the right bracelet. I believe her name is Sierra (showed on my emailed receipt). I just wanted to say thank you to her! I'll for sure be coming back to this location!

Don’t place an order for pick up online I’ve placed three orders and every single one has been canceled. I called the store to find out if they had these charms in stock sure enough they do so I asked why does my orders keep getting canceled? I was told they’re not processing online orders at this time. So then remove yourself from the list of pick up stores online. Absolutely ridiculous
So I’ve been told Oshawa is independently owned so in their eyes, they don’t have to accept online orders because they don’t get paid anything. Thats coming from a different store that’s corporate. They make no money on online orders as to why they’re always canceled.

I strongly recommend not to go this store . Recently I bought a gold plated ring which was little expensive but I loved it and in very friendly way they said you can return it any time but make sure it’s unused, just keep the receipt and after few days when I went there to return it because of some personal reasons they said we can’t and started making excuses it was brand new and I had the receipt as well. I request please don’t go there, they are highly corrupt just manipulate people and staff is so arrogant and unprofessional they treat you in such bad way and they don’t even listen what you say …

I had a mixed bag experience at this store, hence the 3 stars. Came here a few days before Christmas to buy a gift for someone, and the line outside moved moderately normal. When I got inside, I was greeted with a sales associate, Sylvanie, who helped me pick out a ring. She was so patient and even helped me pick out a ring and a pair of earrings for myself so I can get a free bracelet. Naturally, I went in again today with my husband to pick out something again for myself as his treat. The sales associate I had at first was nice, but she quickly became rude. I told her I'm looking for rings around $100 price range. She then showed me to a case full of rings and I asked her well do you know of some off the top of your head that she can recommend, she just said "they're all different prices". I even asked her if this is all she had, and she's like yes. I asked her if I could look through their price book , because the other sales associate did the same when I wanted to see what earrings they had. She proceeded to tell me how the book is only for employees and I can't take a look. I'm not sure what the big deal was, but then she rudely said that if I want, I can look online for rings. Like Miss I'm in the f&-king store! Anyway, I think the Sales Associate that helped me last visit noticed how pissed I was and she came over to help me; the other sales associate left the store (probably why she wasn't helpful, her shift was done). I ended up buying the ring I wanted and AFTER she showed me a different display of rings. My best advice is to go in just to look and get your proper size in jewelry or to see any items in person and just order online. If you're lucky to get a nice sales associate, just stick to them helping you.
If Head Office is reading this, train your employees better! This is disappointing that a store like Pandora has such bad reviews.

We visited the Oshawa Center store the other day to exchange a Christmas gift for my daughter. We waited outside the store for 30 minutes before we got to speak to someone inside the store. We were looking to get a bigger bracelet because the current one didn’t fit. The receipt tells me that I can return at any store before deadline which is listed on the receipt. They didn’t honour the commitment that they stated. We tried to follow up with their support number on their website and the hold was an additional 20 minutes so I didn’t have time and had to move on to work.
I would think that a charm bracelet is something you would want customers being happy with their purchase so they keep coming back for good service. I was quite disappointed.

My husband and I use to love this as our go to store for years for gifts for love ones and myself unfortunately I’ve now had 2 warranty issues where they have been absolutely useless. And I had to go to corporate for the first issue now I have to go to cooperate again. After being told two different things by two different locations. Oshawa wants nothing to do with upholding the warranty offered by the company. When I was told it’s not covered by warranty and I asked what their warranty does cover then they couldn’t answer the question fully. The clasp that broke was on a bracelet that had been worn maybe 5 times and was 5 months old when I opened it to wear it the clasp fell off (there is no way that is normal wear and tear, or caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication on a $110 bracelet). And I looked to see what was wrong and the metal was bent back. After the girl bent the metal back I was told not to be so rough on it and I put to much pressure on the clasp yet I’ve had a bracelet from Pandora with a clasp and I have had it for over 15 years and never had an issue with it. To end the conversation off I was told it’s better to go to the store it was bought at to deal with warranty since they are all individually owned. Even though the warranty from the company says to take it to your local authorized Pandora retailer. I’m now worried about wearing the bracelet because the metal is now compromised and I don’t want to loose my charms.

Bought a bracelet from here as a Christmas gift. Receipt stated no returns/exchanges December 26-27..understandable. Drove a significant distance to the location on December 28 to return the gift and was told I could not. Their reason was that “their location” was not accepting returns until December 30. When i explained that the receipt didn’t state this they informed me that the sales associate forgot to “stamp” my receipt with their stores policy. The store was not busy and could have processed the return. Pandora has lost my family as a customer as a result of this locations policies that aren’t consistent with their corporate office and poor customer service.

Very displeased with 4 out of the 7 staff members .
Who decided to stand directly in front of me behind their counter while laughing and talking asking each other have they ever had returns on bigger items like diamonds they continued to talk about how they hate people who do return .
Each girl came over to check receipt to say it's not me and giggles (assuming they lose there commission. )
This went on the entire time the other person was doing my refund .(she was very polite and helpful )
Finally I said something to them and one of the girls said oh sorry we didn't mean you where talking about people who have more expensive purchases.
Okay so now your making it worst by saying I didn't spend a big enough amount .
These are conversations you have at break not 2 feet from a customer who is returning an item.
One of the 4 girls was definitely the manager as she had to sign off on the return .
So not impressed and very unprofessional service.
