Ordered a custom ring from the store in September. Followed up weeks later only to find out that my ring was already at the store. No one bothered to phone or contact me to let me know it was ready.

Erica helped me replace a ring that was broken. I came in looking for a simple band. Ended up choosing something that would match with an existing heirloom ring. She walked he through the process and we got it sized to what I wanted. Love Erica for helping me out.

I bought a ring from them. I recently went in to get my ring fixed polished and a small diamond had fallen out and get that replaced. The sales woman told me they needed send it out and they would give a quote on replacing the diamond but would mostly likely be around $30. I dropped my ring off on the 13 of May and after 10 days they got back to me tell me that my ring was only covered for a certain amount and I would still have to pay $119 out of pocket. I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency. Will not be buying from them again.

Not a bad place.. but very bad experience when I attended on March 10, 2024 and while entering the mall I watched this lady smoking from a weed vape pen.. two minutes later I’m in Paris jewellers and this same lady is the one trying to serve me while fried out of her mind!
