Went in this evening for some cat toys and heard the birds chirping in the back. I thought I'd have a look while I was there but what I saw was very upsetting. The poor birdies were shaking/ shivering, perhaps this store should install heating devices so these sweet babies can stay warm better?

Made a purchase of 3 bags of dog food. The 2 of the bags were marked 50%. While talking to the cashier,bi didn't notice they did not give us the discount. We went back and asked if we could get store credit from this error and we're told we could on our next purchase. The man informed us that he would tell the other staff (his brother) of the discount. When we went back we were told (by the brother) that he could not give us that discount and would only give us $13 dollars off (the original 50% would have been closer to $60-$80). This was just a bad experience and poor customer service. I acknowledge my mistake in the beginning but will be taking my business to another location from now on

I wish I knew about this store sooner! I always used to go to pet smart for grooming and just in general for toys as well but this morning I needed a specific item that pet smart didn’t have… so I called pet valu and a gentlemen answered he found the item I was looking for and reassured me it’ll fit my dog. I was super happy and made my way over (5 mins drive).When I get there I’m greeted by the amazing owner and to sum it up he is so nice, so sweet and has amazing customer service!! I’ll never go back to pet smart again. I’ll be back here for sure. He also gave me a bunch of treats for free which he definitely didn’t have to do but was so nice enough to. Will definitely recommend to everyone:)

I went into this store yesterday and as soon as I walked in I can smell cleanliness of the small animal habitats. The bedding was very clean in all areas, from the ferret habitat to the hamsters, hedgehog, birds etc. All the small animals looked healthy too.I was very impressed with how clean and well looked after the animals are and would consider buying from this location in the future.
