I filled out the form online, made the appointment and they helped me right away nd gave me the prescription within a few moments. But be aware if they are busy you may have to wait a little bit. And, the dispensing fees are cheaper They always try to find the maximum coverage available through any insurance companies you may be with They'll fax (and re-fax, if need be!) refill requests to your doctor, and have your meds that you continuously need to take ready before the next refill date!”

“Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. I switched my entuire family's prescriptions here. It is always well staffed, clean and organized. Takes them a few mins to fill your prescriptions, while other pharmacies have been recently taking 30mins, up to half, if not an entire day! ( assuming it's in stock) The only negative is, the store section has fairly minimal products, and they very rarely have a price. If they do its generally not accurate. So you have to ask for the prices of everything, which is kinda a nuisance. Other than that it is a great pharmacy to deal/work with.”

“Great location and unfortunately the current Indian pharmasist ( whomever gives the patients Suboxone or Tang) doesnt take things as serious as the rest of the staff does. I have my taxi outside almost 10 minutes everytime I visit. However the Asian Pharmasist is always on her A game and her motivation is shown and there's a reason why there's receptionists and pharmacists and if it's isn't the Asian pharmacist greeting me.I know I might as well sit until she's off her cell phone. Overall I love their entire team just needed to be said.”

“I didn't want to go to my family doctor. Instead I went to North Oshawa Pharmacy. I told a pharmist by the name of M/S Shristi that my right eye is very sticky and I can't see from that eye, as the eye lids were closed. I had a consultation on the same day with Sistri. She prescribed an eye drop medication. She said that she would follow up in couple of days time.She left a message on my phone to see how I am doing. Believe me, it took 4 days before my right eye was cleared.I would recommend any one to see a pharmist as they take time to prescribe the right medication. Bravo to Sistri for a job well done ! Prem G Narayan. About Sheila: I ran out of 2 medications.I am going out of town for the coming weekend. They were waiting for a response from my doctor.Sheila ,understood my situation, and she is willing to give me a month's supply, until she gets her response. Good job , Sheila !”

“Fantastic customer service! I’m glad I stumbled upon this little private pharmacy as I was searching all over to get a prescription that was on back order everywhere. When I called on Thursday the gentlemen informed me that he’ll make some calls and assured me that I’ll get the prescription by Tuesday, but to my luck the prescription was ready on Monday! When picking up I was greeted by a very polite woman who quickly helped me. Wish I got both their names! Even though the price might be a bit higher compared to big box stores, it’s a great feeling to support small pharmacies, specially those who provide excellent customer service and sense of relief! Looking forward to future visits here :)”
