“always a pretty great experience, staff is very kind and accommodating,HOWEVER, theyve been arriving and opening a minimum of 15mins, sometimes 30+ minutes late on a near daily basis recently, which is pretty unoptimal for a pharmacy that specializes in addiction medicine & the management of opioid withdrawal. 9:00am is already a pretty late opening time, and for addiction treatment patients trying to sustain a job without relapsing, waiting around for an unknown amount of time after it should be open can be pretty problematic for their treatment&recovery.when its a choice between relapse and being late/fired at work, you can see why this minor nitpik becomes a more significant problem in this context.”

“Fantastic customer service! I’m glad I stumbled upon this little private pharmacy as I was searching all over to get a prescription that was on back order everywhere. When I called on Thursday the gentlemen informed me that he’ll make some calls and assured me that I’ll get the prescription by Tuesday, but to my luck the prescription was ready on Monday! When picking up I was greeted by a very polite woman who quickly helped me. Wish I got both their names! Even though the price might be a bit higher compared to big box stores, it’s a great feeling to support small pharmacies, specially those who provide excellent customer service and sense of relief! Looking forward to future visits here :)”

“I was picking up a script the other day. I want to pay $65+ for it. After paying Gail asked me if that is what I normally pay and I said I don't know. She said it seemed high to her so she went and checked with the pharmacist. I have a card that gets me the brand name Crestor at the generic price. The price was $17+, so she refunded the 65+ and charged the 17+. All 5 stars are for Gail.”
