I went in to deposit a draft and didn’t realize this branch had a different concept from other, more functional branches. Nobody was there to greet or guide me. After about a couple of minutes of not seeing anybody, I had to ask a customer what I was supposed to do. He was also just waiting to be seen.
After a few minutes of idling at the “welcome” podium, having one of their advisors look my way between customers and proceed to their next customer without even an acknowledgment, I had to leave.
I don’t live in Oshawa but was working in the area. I’m glad I won’t have to go back here. Somebody at RBC has tried something with this branch and failed!

Staffs are so rude on weekend. When you ask question and if they don't know the answer, they work in a team to complain the customer and close the account with bad input. The district manager supports those staffs. Please have an eye on the district manager and have a regular managers working at the branch on weekends to give more good service. I am really sad where the RBC service is going. I don't even want to put one star for the service and the stress that i have gone through. I had a good relationship with RBC for 22yrs and now they have closed my account because I asked question about my account. Please hire someone with the Canadian High school knowledge to respect the people.

Its overall a great bank, very sweet people and very helpful but the teller on the outside of their building seems to dirty everytime I come here to get money with my grandmother and she is always grossed out to touch it… please clean your machines outside of your building!!

I’ve got by far the best banking experience in my life at this branch. Ashleigh and Meet Patel are true professionals: they answered all my questions in detail and were very polite and pleasant to communicate with :) And the place looks very welcoming and peaceful, too.
