Although a very clean location, I wasn't even there as a client or account holder with RBC, and now I'm glad for it. The management smelled weed on me as I waited for a friend... coming out of an office area I heard an older gentleman make a comment about the smell, and asked "is that the cheap stuff?"... unfortunately for this bank I could work at an operation or own one, which means it could have been possible I had a lot of money to invest. What if I smelled like cattle poop? Or what if I smelled like curry? Saying "is that the cheap stuff" isn't going to make them a client when obviously directed towards them. This older fellow also acted like I didn't know what "stay behind the counter" meant, no where near an entry, but yet reminded me to stay behind to my surprise, clearly smart enough to know not to, clearly not even attempting lol...This is not a bank I'd recommend to anyone for a location. The reason I say this is because they obviously hold some preconceived notions about potential clients, and rudely let them know their disposition, or unwelcoming to the public.This bank also refused service to a homeless person that severely needed help, and they actually could have legally provided it, instead, they chose to wipe their hands clean of them.

RUN. Tell me how I’m a fully grown 20 year old but the woman claimed it’s not possible to raise my debit card limit passed 800$… rbc especially this location is a mega headache right after arguing with her I went to td up the street and I was treated so well and the staff was so friendly and I opened a new bank account right away there .

By far the worst banking experience. This location and representatives aren’t to blame. Due to going here for my account I am using this location.RBC is a total joke. It is ASTONISHING that after an hour on the phone with multiple representatives, no one has helped complete the task at hand. What do we pay banking fees for? What do we have fraud protection for? The right to speak to a manager for?Why am I being called a name completely unfamiliar to me? Multiple times. And then hung up on when I request a manager for not just the inability to proceed with the service needed, but the inability to read my name directly in front of their faces… or remember after having asked me and been told repeatedly.Beyond their reps, the service systems are shotty. Rarely are my transactions posted on the date of the actual transaction making it beyond difficult to track where my money is.And twice this year alone, I’ve been randomly *credited* my own money back that has gone missing from my account. Via RBC not another service provider or anything else.TD and CIBC offer way better experiences.Update: 2.5 hrs on the phone. DRAD in fraud department - has manipulated his position to put an entire block on my card without actually addressing what I’m calling for, because he doesn’t like that I’m unimpressed with being called Nicole repeatedly. No one will allow me to speak to a manager, instead they hang up or say “hold please” and disconnect you.He refuses to do his job. Right down to other colleagues being absolutely confused by his behaviour toward me.I called to have one single fraud charge disputed at 2pm. It’s now 4:53pm. I’ve still NOT been addressed or had this dealt with. The funds still unaccounted for. No manager spoken to. And repeatedly put back over to DRAD.It’s a two min fix. And they have full ability to mail me my cards without any further hassle.I’ve spoken with 9 representatives 3, more than 3x each.Update: 5:13 pm I’ve still not been given resolution. I’ve cancelled my account with this bank.RBC = trash on all levelsUpdate: went in to close my account the next morning. Provided indigenous status card as a form of ID when requested for it. Proceeded to call me an Indian twice. They were also very confused why the representatives I dealt with the day prior behaved that unprofessionally.Crazy. It’s 2024….What an awful place to bank with!

worst branch ever, if i could give 0 stars i would. someone took over my account n left a huge negative, they r unwilling to help n love to waste ur time. tellers know nothing n give u false information, their manages cover it up. now i have to pay bck money they have proof i didn’t take from my account. beyond a joke

Do not under any circumstances use this branch. I was trying to renew my mortgage AND remove my cosigner but the rates were too high so I told ETHAN JABB I would be contacting a broker to see what else is out there, he agreed that's best. The next day I received a notification from credit karma that RBC ran my credit.. this was done WITHOUT my consent, I demanded an apology and for this to be corrected and was told ",Ethan is good at his job" .. well clearly not.In the end RBC did have the best rates, I was now dealing with CHRISTINA BELLESARIO who was super nice, told me I was approved no problem. THEN she spread the process out over MONTHS, I went into TWO open mortgage terms, with rates at over 9%. She then finally says all is good and it will close on x date BUT my husband and I have to CANCEL OUR CREDIT CARDS.... our credit is fine, we owed barely nothing on any of our cards annnnd the interest rate I was offered was insulting. I said I would NOT be going ahead and to cancel everything. I eventually went to another branch where I was treated much better, things were done quickly and I got an awesome rate and amazing customer service.Terrible terrible service, Ethan, Christina and Kavita (no idea who she even is, but she kept phoning me to get me to sign papers and sign up for more rbc products) can all GET BENT and have no buisness dealing with customers.

Your drive through ATM is out of service , no problem, I try to go inside. Door is locked. What a joke. 2nd branch I tried this evening. Thanks for wasting my time.

This branch has told my aging dad that I have committed fraud on him... They have caused hell in my life over the last few months by saying to my dad that I might have taken money out of his account.... The manager is clearly speaking out of turn and he is causing a huge stress and lie to be believed by my aging father.

Please do not open any account at this location. I had the worst experience. Nobody knows their job. For one account I had to go 3 times. Each time my account got frozen after using the account for a while because they forgot to take my signatures on documents. I had to wait weeks to get an appointment to unfreeze my account.
