Has lots of great options for grocery shopping, and an especially wide selection for specific diets (vegan, gluten-free, etc). Only complaints are that there is often a strong unpleasant smell near the entrance of the grocery, and the washrooms are poorly maintained.

Not as good as before COVID. For some reason they only use one door! Also not the selection example they used to sell pork pies and this location sold out of them but now they no longer sell them! Their Christmas chocolate and bakery product are now limited to very little to none!

I shop superstore regularly because they are one of the few stores that price match still, they even advertise price matching on the front of their building.. yet I went to price match a great deal today from Loblaws and they refused and gave me 3 different reasons why they couldn’t. Don’t advertise something you don’t offer?? Now I have to travel 30 mins to buy the product on sale, what a waste of time

I dread going to this location. It is dated and in desperate need of a revamp. At the entrance you are greeted with a whiff of decomposing fruit/vegetables. The deli is in a dark corner cramped with fridges with minimal room to navigate your shopping trolley. The baked goods leave a lot to be desired (stay away from the Portuguese tarts, cupcakes and eclairs... actually just stay away). The store itself is not well organized in comparison to others and there are always pallets and cages with marked down items located in the way in random spots at each visit. The aisles are narrow and horizontal to the cash tills, so you have a wall of cookies and candy behind you while queuing. It is just not logically organized. The staff I've encountered here have not been pleasant, with maybe one or two exceptions. Again, really needs a revamp and redesign.Edit: They have made some positive changes with reorganization and lighting. Still room for improvement.

This review is for the Harmony road Real Canadian Superstore.The management removed the beer fridge and put all the beer in an aisle on a shelf with other products LMAO. Warm beer only! Then they offered to sell me a chocolate bar the day after Halloween as part of their deal of the week! LMAO. When I was in the store in August, I saw a bird sitting on the open deli counter moving its tail up and down. You can guess what that bird was doing at the uncovered olives. I have never seen a live bird flying in a grocery store in any of the stores in Oshawa. The store is a mess. There are barricades everywhere and the Store manager walks around the store like a bull looking for a fight. Some of us that shop here don't like this store manager. I remember his angry and egotistical attitude the day I was looking for something and needed some help. I've seen some employees treated badly. The service desk person with long straight hair shouldn't be serving customers. She is very rude. She's worked at this service desk for years because I've been shopping here for years. She treats customers as if they're criminals or people who are beneath her in social ranking. Why does she yell at customers? Why does she yell at employees? WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The lineups to pay are long. There aren't enough cashiers. The cashiers at the Service desk just stand there talking to each other or staring into space instead of opening a cash register while other cashiers struggle with long line ups. I don't see any of this at other stores. Nobody bothered to open another cash register to scan us out. One day I had to move my groceries from checkout line to another checkout lane because my cashier's cash register rebooted right before our eyes. What the hell is going on here??? Why is this even happening?? I've been to other stores where no cashier's cash register terminal has randomly rebooted and become unable to be used to scan out a customer. I've seen this happen to other customers on other days I've been shopping in this store. There's no excuse for this. As an outsider customer it was clear to me that somebody working at this store was sabotaging this cashier by shutting down her cash register while she worked very hard to get us out as she had several customers waiting for her. I can't call this a proper grocery store. Management doesn't exist or care. Some of the management if I can call them management walk around the store and stare at the employees that are working. It's disgusting! ATTENTION LOBLAWS - Its time to replace your Store manager and Service desk manager. I will return to shop here with my family, friends and coworkers ONLY after Loblaws gets a new Store manager for this store! This is the only way you can right what's gone wrong.

We've come here since the store has opened. This is my first one star review I've made in the history of my account and it's with this store. The deli section is the WORST part of being there. My mother has come to that area 5 times, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help and no one plus others waiting there and when finally there IS, they say that their shift is done and just for Black Forest Ham?Excuse me, you have managers here that could easily do the job too if your staff is not going to be doing anything about it. She has sent emails complaining about the situation to head office and STILL this is happening. This is a shell of the former store we once went to and we will be avoiding this place at all costs. This store was amazing, what happened to it? FIVE TIMES and nothing has been done. We'll go to another Superstore, probably will do a better job than this place.
