5 out 5. Our vehicle needed some minor front end damage repair and Ritson Collision was great. Very fair price, great work and efficient. Excellent customer service. Will always go back there.

This place was a referral from Jensen Auto Collision. Boy did they get it wrong. Bad first impressions. Slow to offer any kind of help. Showed up for a quote. Grey haired gentleman came out to check my vehicle. I’m guessing he either didn’t like me or didn’t want my business. I think he just didn’t like me. Felt off the rocker panels…said it was gonna be expensive, which I figured it would be. Gives a quote of $3500. The same quote I got for $1200 at Mo’s in Pickering. When I told him, he says “ well I guess you better go there instead”. I despise businesses that treat people this way. I hope this helps someone decide to go elsewhere.

On march 25th my jeep was hit by a driver who ran a red light. I chose Ritson Collision based on reviews and personal recommendations. Jadie and staff were phenominal to work with. Her quote was reasonable but Economical/Definity insurance was a nightmare. They would not send an appraiser out to look at the vehicle. 4 adjustors later they were caught being untruthful about facts. Ritson Collision tried to work with them they refused. I have seen examples of their quality of work which is outstanding. I would highly recommend Ritson Collision if you are looking for an insurance company do not use Economical

Wow these guys were awesome!
Not only did they squeeze me in last minute and get my car done same day, the owner drove with me to my house, dropped me off, took my van to the shop and then dropped my car back off at my house for me. He said he didn't want me to have to juggle bringing the kids to pick it back up. Incredible service and super thoughtful.

From the moment I walked in looking for a quote to when I picked my car up, every person I came in contact with were so helpful and amazing to deal with. First, I dropped for the quote, and it was done on the spot. I walked out of there 20-30 minutes later with a detailed quote in hand!
When I dropped it off, they told me 3-4 days to finish...it was 3 1/2 days 😁...at the exact price quoted.
The job done was amazing. They even cleaned the car, which was a very nice added bonus!!!

Just got my vehicle back from getting some cosmetic fixes on my car that were bothering me. The price I was quoted easily helped with me making that decision as I was pleasantly surprised that it was affordable. Car looks brand new again. Very happy customer.

I made a wee mistake which lead me to ripping my front bumper on the left side off, this also broke my left blinker. I brought it into Ritson Collision and they fixed it up as good as new in a little over 24hours!! I am really grateful for you guys! I will recommend to anyone who needs auto body repairs

I had a rear end collision on my Model 3. Ritson Collision center were professional and clear throughout the process. They gave an estimate for the job that was honest and reasonable. They even provided a loaner car while my car was getting fixed. The work was done professionally and furthermore the car was cleaned inside and out, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise.
They also communicated clearly on timeliness and overall very professional interaction, which is not a norm for this industry.

So helpful when I had emergency situation arise! Fit me in right away for a consult. Gave options at different price points so I could decide how to proceed. Loaner car available while staff completed the work. Quick turn around, great work and car maintenance advice too. Nothing but good things to say about this family run business!
