  No help. I purchased items at another store however the security tags were not removed. I walked in with the receipt from the day prior. As I did not know, nor did I expect a security tag to be on the clothes I took the tags off and wash them. When I brought the clothes to the store to remove the tags today, they said they cannot remove the security tag As the product tag was not on it anymore.
  
  Thanks for stealing my $200 roots. Will not be back and will not recommend.

  The family and I browsed for Christmas shopping. We ended up buying stuff for our selves lol. We bought a blanket, Christmas ornaments, two wallets, Christmas pj's sets. A good howl for a small trip. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Felt comfortable to look around which made us buy more. Good inventory of items and nice layout of store. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating.

  Roots has amazing Canadian Quality . I just wish their prices were more in line with other Canadian retailers. I know a lot of us would buy buy more products from here. This is a good store. Please support it.

  I was asked 4 questions in the first 90 seconds of my visit today. I looked at 3 hoodies in the mirror after that and the sales person very passive aggressively asked again "is there anything I can help you find" twice. Seemed annoyed I had undone the hoody. She had a blue top and and a slight english accent/lisp.

  I love Roots. Went to try on a pair of slippers. They felt amazing. They didn’t have the colour I wanted. I ordered them online and they were delivered two days later. If you wrecked looking for a nice comfy pair of slippers this is the place to get them.

  Wow can the customer service be any more horrible than this? I guess it is hard to find employees if Roots has people like the person we dealt with today. No wonder the store is always empty. Do better Roots. Retrain these miserable employees.

  I was pretty dissatisfied with the service here. Someone was helping me, but when they didn't have my size in 1 thing, the person helping me didn't give me any alternative options for clothing (ie a different style of sweat pants). Also I told her I was looking for both sweat pants and sweaters, and she didn't even bother helping me with sweaters, just pants. And constantly pushed just shopping online for what i wanted. Idk it just felt like she really wanted me out of the store, and I don't know why..

  I don't normally write reviews for stores but I really felt the need to post this to save other potential customers time. I asked a store clerk if they had a particular item available in a size that would fit my spouse and they said no but said they would have more in stock the following week. I offered to purchase the item in advance if they held onto it. They declined and instead offered to hold onto the item for free. When I went back to the store I was approached with hostility by a blonde lady saying that "they only hold onto items for one day".I wasted a trip and a week's worth of time on false information. If you need a specific item from a Roots store simply try on the items at the location and purchase online. The store clerks are unwilling and unable to help you. The only reason I gave the store two stars is that the items are actually quite good despite the terrible customer service.

  Came here to buy a birthday present for my dad and had Brooke come to help me out, she was such a sweetheart and so helpful!!! Would definitely recommend coming to this Roots just for Brooke!!!

  Roots has amazing Canadian Quality . I just wish their prices were more in line with other Canadian retailers. I know a lot of us would buy buy more products from here.This is a good store and has re-opened after Covid - 19. Please support it.

  This location was pretty nice - very Canadian. Wood everywhere so there was a nice smell to the place. The clothing is of course great and good quality. However the price is through the roof - I would suggest looking for sales!
