ASP Gel Polish. This is more a review on the polish than it is the store. The store has been helpful many times in the past. I did ask for a great quality product though and was pointed to ASP. It’s trash. It goes on lovely and it becomes transparent and you can see through it after a couple of days. The first time it happened I thought I needed another coat so the second time I did 3 coats, and it happened again. I do not recommend. I recommend the ones on Amazon where you can get several bottles for cheap. I have never had a problem with them and for this one I paid as much as I can get several on Amazon for just for one bottle.I give this product zero stars

I went there because it was recommended. My hair color is yellowish and I wanted help to get rid of the tinge. They gave me a few bottles, wrote down what to do, and I did it myself....no expensive salon needed. It turned out just as I wanted! Love the color! No more hint of yellow. Great personal service.Thank you!

Terrible customer service, rude and discriminate against customers, will never shop here again.Went in the other day, one lady was kind and greeted me and asked if I needed help, I let her know I knew what I was getting and she let me do my thing.Another lady was there , rude and completely ignored me when I was actually confused about what I wanted to get. This lady also stayed in the isle I was in and kept watching me like I was going to steal something, she didn’t say a word to me or ask me if I needed help, just kept watching me. Felt very uncomfortable because I spent almost $80 at the end regardless of her behaviour.This same lady tried to upswell me and I told her I want the most affordable product, she’s like “ yeah I don’t recommend it”, again trying to upsell me. When I got to the cash the total was a lot and I told her it’s too much and she seemed extremely annoyed and said the product wouldn’t cover my hair. Again, trying to upswell me instead of understanding that I have a budget. I then asked if I had rewards on my Sally’s card, she immediately says “ no you don’t”. I asked her to check then she says “ oh yeah you do have some money on your card”. Again she seemed irritated that I wanted an affordable price and that I mentioned the rewards card.( which she didn’t ask me for) She never smiled once and kept giving me her “professional “ advice lol, If I wanted professional advice I wouldn’t get it from a Sally’s beauty employee. She kept talking and giving me her “ professional “ opinion while cashing me out, just ring up my items and crack a smile lady lmao.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Kate for going above and beyond to help me. I had purchased a hair straightener that was giving me issues. Kate listened, was attentive, and helped me navigate through to the service reps that assisted with warranty instructions. The situation is well on its way to being resolved and I couldn’t be happier. I work in customer service myself and I know when someone takes the extra time to help. Kate is so kind and I will make sure I purchase from this location when I need any beauty products!

I’ve been coming to this Sally’s for years and I had the best customer service I’ve ever gotten today, Ciara (not sure of the spelling) is AMAZING !!! She’s so kind and bubbly , and personable ! This is the happiest I’ve ever been coming out of a Sally’s location ! Thank you for your hard work Ciara ! It doesn’t go unnoticed xo

Well, don’t bother trying to call this location about products. I have called, and they were having a full conversation to each other. I had to hang up. Now they keep hanging up the phone when I’ve called.Not great service at all.

Very unprofessional service I received today by an employee named Jordan. I was being helped with finding a toner and she dismissed me and left the store when another employee named Rebecca came in for her shift. Thankfully, Rebecca was able to help me find a good and recommended toner and her ability to assist was welcoming. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the employee Jordan as the last time I came in, she was rude to me and gave me attitude and didn’t seem to want to help me and my daughter. Doesn’t seem like she enjoys working or cares to service clients. Thank you Rebecca for your help and I will be coming back soon hopefully you’re in.

The customer service at this location is very poor. The employees ignored the customers while they hung out in the back room. No greetings or assistance were received and when we went to cash out, we had to wait awkwardly at the front until the employees were done their conversation in the back. I also found that the stock was not well maintained, leaving the store looking very picked over.

Went 3 days ago to get developer and hair dye. Was told to wait outside yet 2 people had come out the store. Then was told that I am still to wait outside because they are still over their capacity limit for covid... hmm maybe tell others to wait outside then too? Absolutely irresponsible and will NOT be getting business from my family friends or myself ever again.
