I went in today and needed some help with foundation and Abi was the one who helped me , she was so sweet , knowledgeable and kind . The Oshawa centre Sephora always has the kindest people working there !

I am a makeup newbie, and I don’t know a lot but every time I go into this store, I feel belittled for the little I know. I wanted to complete a survey but it expired. Anyways, I went to buy dry shampoo (the lady was super supportive), but when I went to the cash to redeem my birthday present, she was looking down at me. On top of that, I asked her what the sample for the birthday was and she just read the box. I don’t know what it means and I don’t know how to use it. She didn’t take the time to explain it. I may just have to go to another store to feel more welcomed.

Every time I walk into a Sephora location, I feel more and more like these stores are not for me. I visited most recently the weekend of Black Friday, and while staff were friendly enough, it didn't really feel like they were well equipped to help. I asked how I could tell if something was included in the sales they were promoting. It was suggested I look at the prices on the app or online to see.I them asked someone about a hair product, and the staff looked up the reviews and ratings on the website.The stores always feel overly bright and over stimulating, with long line ups to pay, and this most recent time it was really hot in the store as well.It's basically cemented my status as an online Sephora, which is too had because it would be great to he able to support in person shopping too.

I walked into Sephora without makeup on my face and without much knowledge surrounding makeup. Usually places ignore me when I enter because I’m not already glamorous. Maamid was wonderful! They ran all around the store with me to find high quality products which complimented my inspiration phone. They also spent a lot of time shade matching me and ensured they found the best match possible. They were super sweet and uplifting! And most importantly they were educating me about the products and application along the way.

Yesterday I had visited Sephora at Oshawa Center location, there I met Dominique.Past 10 I used to mix 2 foundation for my colour tone and skin concerns. No one helped me as Dom did.Dominique was very amazing, brilliant and had so much knowledge about the products.I was very happy with all the purchases I made!!Thank you Dom so much

Dom provided exceptional service when I was shopping for both fragrance as well as a beloved (discontinued!) shade of lipstick. I truly appreciated the extra time that Dom spent with me, showing patience and interest in whatever I expressed. Not only did he go above and beyond to try and help me find exactly what I wanted but he also gave me valuable beauty advice. Above memorable service !

I booked an appointment for full makeup as I had a wedding on Sunday October 8, and it was a last minute booking, but I'm so glad I did it, I was very pleased with the reception I received from the ladies at the front, and was guided to where I needed to be, Jessica came and she was my makeup artist, and had the best experience with her, from explaining to what she was doing and making sure I was feeling comfortable in what she was doing,This is the best experience I had at Sephora, next time I will only book with her,Thank you for the management for having Jessica on your team

If I could give you zero stars I would! Teach your staff how to cancel makeup appointments over the phone & how to speak to customers! If I had the girls name I’d tell you who I spoke to but she refused to give it to me! Sephora just lost a customer??Great job!

Had a good experience with Mashal she found a product that wasn't available and was able to find it, as well as her customer service was a 10+ she was friendly and made the experience even better

Sephora is a good store, lots of variety.I had an issue with a return and I had to wait a bit but it was ultimately fixed. It had to do with paying via PayPal and receiving a refund - I hope this issue is fixed soon

I went in to get false lashes and get them applied as I don't have much make-up experience. Loved the staff, they were all incredibly friendly. I ended up getting the statement look done and I looked great. The sparkle was subtle but beautiful <3

I’ve been to numerous Sephoras across the GTA and this is by far the location with the worst customer service. The reps are extremely rude and condescending. They do not know how to speak to customers. And this has happened on more than occasion with different reps. I’m inclined to think it’s a toxic work environment and the staff is taking it out on the innocent customers. I was trying to avoid visiting this Sephora today bc of the bad customer service but I didn’t want to drive all the way to Ajax. Well I learned my lesson again. I’ll never patronize the Oshawa location. Come to think of it, the whole mall has a bad vibe. I’ll purchase my products online from up and coming brands so my money goes directly to them.
