Broken carts, Too cold during night and misleading pricing. For the first three months, the charge for a 100 sq. ft. unit was $131 + tax. After three months, the price suddenly increased to $240 + tax. When I asked the receptionist, she said this was ‘normal’ and claimed that an email had been sent, but we never received it. There was no phone call or any other notice they can confirm. It feels deceptive—almost like a scam

No security on site, my locker did get broken into. The only thing they did was fix the hole. Did not even give me a free month.
