Very bad customer service. I took cartons of cigarettes and the lady I assume the owner didn’t give me a receipt and I asked her for receipt for the items she didn’t have it and didn’t know how to get it from the computer and then I told her it’s ok then let me know the prices which she didn’t have any idea about and she had to scan the items again to let me know the prices later she was rude to tell can’t you see people are in line and refused to let me know the prices when it’s their fault for not giving the receipt.
She doesn’t even know to talk properly and has a bad attitude.

Unacceptable customer service! I’m 18 years old and wanted to try the lotto max draw. I go to this store to purchase and hand my photo ID to the cashier, and he says “ You are not old enough to buy.” I said to him “yes I am 18 is the legal age for lottery,” and he says “no you are not” as he is saying I am not old enough to purchase a lottery ticket, he keeps pointing to the legal age to purchase cigarettes!

Best prices u will find for smokes energy drinks and any other kind of drink u could ever want even foreign drinks. The staff are amazing and friendly they have every snack u could ever want. Best store I've ever been to in Oshawa
