I guess because it is new, but there's not.much variety on water. Only compliments and Nestle. I was looking for anything like esqa, aquafina, Fiji, Perrier, but nothing. Waste of time

I went into this location today after work and purchased several items, the store was quite busy so I decided to use self check out. I had two $2 off items which I asked the lady if she could assist me and she took them saying she would do it. I proceeded to scan my items. Suddenly she yelled through out the check out that I hadn’t scanned my steaks. I had and I found her extremely unprofessional. I told her I did and they were already in my cart, she again said I hadn’t. Made me feel like she thought I was “pulling a fast one” as she was distracted discounting my other items. She then noticed I did in fact scan them and then managed to delete them herself and asked me to rescan! Maybe staff should be spoken to on how to treat customers and not accuse them.

Great quality produce and meats. The store is tidy and well laid out and the checkout service (real person checkout) was awesome. On the negative side, prices are a bit steep.

Nice store not a lot of organic produce though.And don't use the check out counter it keeps in asking if you will use bags and so on.. it takes a lot of time.

I've had good experiences in the past with Sobeys floral department so thought I would contact them regarding flowers for my daughter's wedding. I made an appointment for a consult when there would be 2 people there but when I arrived to speak with the designer she seemed distracted and uninterested, even leaving to pick up the phone. She assured us that the date was available and asked for photos of what we were looking for. After spending time sending her all the information, sheemailed saying the date was now unavailable. What a waste of everyone's time - I wouldn't recommend this service for anyone with a larger order. I don't think they are interested.

Well hello ‘I would like to advise the new immigrants who are in different domains ‘you could be in different nationalities with your cultural dress or hijab .. or wearing a turban..specifically if you are The most Targeted nation…We have been in the store several times for picking up medications from the pharmacy.. experienced many difficulties of heart braking issues whilst visiting the pharmacy.. even though the pharmacy does a great job .. the rest of the clerks and the managers and some of others from the flower department..always hovering grants us the unwelcome looks … even if we around the pharmacy isle’s looking at other options.. The employees are hovering us and making very uncomfortable to shop ..making such code annoying announcements.. I have the gut feeling that these stores only willingly wants business from people what they believe .. specially the flower department and some grocery managers over looking to prove a point for them selfs..I believe they target minorities visible customers..I never had a good experience from this store every time I walked in .. they always made my self uncomfortable..hovering is the biggest issues..Sobys should take care of this internalSystemic Racism or differentiating in customers visiting the store..Beware if you are a new comer

I was quite disappointed last weekend with my experience at the Deli at the Wilson/Taunton Rd. store.It was my first time ever placing an order for pick up. I was in the store Thursday and spoke with a friendly clerk who sent me home with a price list, a booklet with what can be ordered and a nice discussion about a special that was running. I called the store Friday and placed an order for the special, to be picked up Saturday at 11. I was very pleased with the ease and convenience until I picked up my order.I thought the order I had placed was to be on trays, and that each order came with three side salads. The clerk got the deli manager who quickly told me I was incorrect, my order was not to be on trays, and came with one salad not three each. I explained to her that I had been careful when ordering, the clerk had read the order back to me, and therefore I believed I was correct. Evidently, I was wrong. My issue is not that my order was not on trays, nor that it came with one salad not the three I had been told on Thursday. My disappointment was the extremely dismissive attitude from the deli manager. She pretty much said I was lying, that the clerk had not made an error, and that she had been in the background right after the order had been placed Friday and she knew I was wrong.If the deli manager had even said she was sorry for the misunderstanding on my part, I would have been disappointed but fine. I was not looking for a "freebie". The lack of good customer service left me upset but also most unlikely to order from this deli again. Which is a shame, because the food was actually very delicious!Not the way to treat customers!

The one fine young gentleman in the kitchen area really knows his way around the meat. The spice on my tenders was done to perfection, temperature immaculate, and the texture, my oh my. Chicken done right, Sobeys. I salute you, fine chicken cooker.

Jessica is extremely rude! I was in line to check out and she brings in a customer from a different line right in front of me. Doesn’t say anything to me, actually didn’t look at me at all she needs a job in the back room. .

Sheryl did our bouquet in the floral department and went so far above and beyond what we expected! She was so sweet but most importantly amazing at what she does. She hand crafted a bouquet for us without even being asked! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Sobeys, she was awesome :)
