If I was writing this review a couple of days ago, it wouldn't have been a positive one. But the manager working yesterday and the bike technician that we had the pleasure of working with today was top notch ?. Thankful for you both and we will absolutely continue to shop there because of you both.

Brought my board in for a wax on Monday. Was told they have someone in to do it on Wednesday. Didn’t get done. Called on Thursday or Friday's and was told it was going to be done by 11 am on Saturday because they didn’t have a technician all week. Still not done. I just took it back unfinished. Don’t go here if you value your time.

Horrific experience because of one particular staff who was so unprofessional. He was rude and not helpful at all when I hardly spend only 10 mins to select a shoe for my son. I went to the store around 8pm and I selected a shoe in 10 mins. This particular staff tells me finish soon we are going close the store shortly when the store actually closes only at 9pm. I requested him to bring me another fresh piece they had 3 in stock and he tells me no time to search I have other stuff to do. I was like WOW. My son and wife was walking out of the store disappointed.Now the TWIST: I walked up to the bill section I spoke to a young gentleman named KAIDON. I explained the situation and he apologized for what happd and said I will help you. He went into the store room and got me the shoes like in 5 mins while I reported the incident to the store manager. Everyone I interacted in the store less the 30 mins was so kind and helpful except one. I am not a person whom complains etc but I shared my experience because I don't want customers to neglect this store just bcos of one unfriendly and unprofessional employee. I would request and recommend the management to provide that staff with additional training and also check if he something is bothering him which is not helping him to do his job better. I saw the store manager provide instant feedback which I truly appreciate.The lady and the cash desk also apologized upon hearing what happd to me today. I thought I will never go to store again, but ppl like Kaidon made me change my decision. I will go back to harmony sport check and shop more. Finally one happy customer after some bad experiences. Avoid this location if you need help in buying!!!Not sure why this location is worst. No staff really there. May be short staffed. After looking for someone to get help in buying skates, the staff member said he will page someone who can help in that area. Waited for 15 mins still no one. Finally left with no help to buy.Received excellent service at the Whitby location, where staff members reached out as soon as we walked in, if we needed any help.Drive of 20 mins to Whitby was well worth.

Hi there, tonight I came for shopping and I needed assistance for one of the shoes, the person who was working there( his name was Lee if I not mistaken) very impolitely approached to my question and it seemed he was dissatisfied of working there and answering any questions.I don’t usually post review, but his behaviour made me to write this review and hope it would have some feedback.

Darwin at the hockey desk is solid. Knows his stuff and gave us fast, and great service. I can cut my strip loin with my skates. 5 stars.

Nice and clean but never found what I need. Always out of stock. The staff needs a bit of training. We asked for the size, a sales man said, whatever is displaying is what they have. Not interested to check for more options

Don't waste your time or money. Six employees passed me and made eye contact but said nothing, few other customers, zero assistance from anyone other than two other employees saying someone will be with me in a minute which didn't happen. I needed two pairs of high-end running shoes and other running clothing but went across the street to the Running Room instead. My wife called to speak to the manager and his response could not have been more despondent which explains the staff I suppose. The ONLY reason I go brick-and-mortor is for the customer service. If you don't have any, you don't get my money.

I am just writing to say that a young salesperson named Kaidan helped me today to purchase two pairs of men's shoes. Kaidan helped me find the two sizes I needed and he was very attentive to the fact that I had limited resources and that the shoes were going to First Light Foundation of Hope. He went above and beyond. I think this young man should be rewarded for his diligence and compassion. Thank you Kaidan. A very grateful customer. I expect you will go far in whatever career you choose.I am very appreciative and I will certainly be back to shop in this location.Blessings

The best sports check I have been to in Durham for bicycles. The store manager Adam went above and beyond in helping us purchase the bike and offered excellent customer service. This led me to choose this location to make the purchase.
