Horrible location to get sports merchandise. They're over priced. They won't do exchanges with proof of purchase. There is a sports store in the TD plaza across the road. Just go there instead of here.

Amazing service, the owner and his wife and terrific. Bought my wife her anniversary and Christmas gift from them. He had her try it and made sure it fit before anything. And then I had her fav player added on the back. This place they treat you like family and will definitely return here. I would of given 10 stars if I could of

Completely brutal service. Bought a shirt for a gift and the person wanted a different colour.Bought the unworn shirt back to exchange it and they didn't have the colour. They refused to refund me the money and instead said I had to spend in the store. Who doesn't return things in this day and age?

I phoned the store last week to inquire on the availability of Penn Tennis balls they advertised and was put through to the sports equipment department.I asked "Do you sell cases of the tennis balls and is there a discount if I do buy a case".It took 3 attempts for the clerk to understand what I was asking for and each time he stated that he needed to talk to his manager to find out the information.He was unable to tell me if they had a case of balls available.He also indicated there was no volume discount available.I then contacted the Whitby Sport Chek store and was told I could get a discount if I purchased over 11 tins.You would expect the clerks to be better informed of their products and pricing.
