Needed to print photos from my phone instantly. They have a machine here you can do it on. It’s .39 per print. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even had some great sales on so I got some Christmas shopping done too. Nice clean, well organized store.

YOU CAN RETURN AMAZON PACKAGES HERE!!! i used the Purolator option and with the QR code was able to return my package. Why isnt this come up as a location to come return amazon packages??? i had to go to a purolator pick up spot at michaels down the street for them to tell me to go to staples get the label and come back. When i got to staples they offered to take my package and have it shipped!!!! what an awesome service. Took the time to look around and restock on office supplies.

Ran into a few challenges while purchasing a mobile phone for my wife. Staff and Justin, the manager, were very polite and helpful and more than understanding of the situation I faced. Appreciate their patience in dealing with the issue.

The photo section are not professional. We took passport pic twice and both were rejected. They put a in the training staff to take those photos. They are not patient with kids and printed a photo with crying face. They need to hire someone more professional when they are charging $ 40 for a pic....

I don't remember how many times I've needed service at the counter & stood there 15 or 20 minutes yet there are so many employees on the floor & they will not ask me if I need help.

Service is world class. If they don’t have something you want. They will make sure you get enough information. Where you would be able to get it.

I have been using staples for many years but I think this store broke my faith in staples. Worst service ever and no one gives a damn. It was over an hour left and they just refused to print. It was suppose to be someone else in q but pri ter was not running in all the time I was there. I wanted to buy printer and after 15 min of asking for help I just left. BEST BUY it is.

Garbage customer support at the print shop. They can't help get a job done and gave the excuse that they're "about to close" when there's almost an hour before close... Sorry what???

No issues here. The location had everything I needed to print off a document from email without much hassle. There wasn't a lot of staff around but the process was pretty intuitive.
