Horrible place, never has anyone who can help, no way to contact them. There change exchanging machine steals money constantly. Giving you coins the machines done accept and literally don’t have value such as car wash tokens, and when you try to exchange loonies and toonies for more quarters you get nothing back. Half the time the dryers are broken or don’t dry fully. Over all horrible.

I have been using this laundromat for a long time now for 3 main reasons: friendly staff, locally owned, and it is always clean.
The machines always work great and if there are any issues, rest assured the staff or owners will always take care of all matters.
I definitely recommend checking out their services.

One of the cleanest Laundromats Ever, they have been operating for over 20 + years. The owner gives me free garbage bags when I need it. There always is an attendee hence its so clean. The dryers are huge and honestly if people are complaining that they're clothes are not drying its because they are filling it to the max capacity. 5 stars does not do justice!

Cleanest Laundromat In Oshawa!! Also people are getting confused with the tokens, the tokens are equivalent to 25 cents which are clearly for the dryers.
There is staff available Monday to Friday
12 - 3pm
And Saturday to Sunday 12 - 3 pm

I use this location once a week, the machines are always nice and clean.
If I have any problem they are super helpful to fix the issue. Huge dryers are great for a big load...

Laundry Mat that gives tokens u cant even use for the washer???? WHAT A RIP OFF!! 8 bucks a washer too??? No one answers the phones neither when you call??? What kind of service is this??? GARBAGE Will never come back to this place again!

*update* if your laundry gets stuck in the washing machine for hours hit the machine as hard as you can until it unlocks since no one will answer calls or assist you in any way. Then never come back (really don't go in the first place)
Under absolutely no circumstances should you do laundry here. There is zero contact information and never have I seen an owner or employee here. Did three loads, one washer had the 'in use' light on after finishing, door would not unlock and no one to contact. After waiting an hour and a half, climbing on top to look behind the machine for a power switch and my other two loads being wash, dried and folded this machine was still locked. We were unsuccessful in contacting anyone, unsure if the number listed on Google is correct as it rang and rang with no answer and we called 8+ times. It's not worth the hassle and potentially loosing an entire load of belongings.

Do not go there! My wife went to get some change today before she bring the clothes to wash and this lady who works there was humiliating her and mocking her and told her to leave because lady thought my wife is just using the exchange machine… terrible laundry service…

Going down hill fast.....
Broken machines and jacked prices
Last sraw was tokens only in the change machine, only have a $20......enjoy those tokens rolling around for a month.

16 dollars to do one load of laundry due to having to pay 8 dollars to dry because of how terrible the dryers are here. 25 cents for 2 minutes is terrible, and the heat is so low you'l spend 2x the amount of time than you should doing your laundry. This should have cost me 10 dollars max.
I will never be back. Ever.

The machine keeps dispensing these dam token that won't work in the dryers or washers keep calling the number an no one answering really annoyed at this dam point I need my money back
