Ive have been dealing with a really annoying issue on an off ffor a while now (my 4 digit phone code) After having no luck with easyline i had no choice but to step into a branch looking to get things resolved once and for all. I had explained to my TD specialist that i've been locked out of my account and i need to reset my 4 digit phone code as this was what is causing me to be locked out, the TD agent was not listening to me properly and sent me home with a password reset slip rather than a 4 digit code reset slip... this miscommunication could have been easily avoided had she listened properly and took the time to understand my request. i could have been relieved with this ongoing issue, but sadly thats not the case and I now have to inconvenience myself AGAIN to step into another branch. i will not be returning to this specific branch as it just seems like the employees are aloof and want you out ASAP so they can help the next customer.

I wanna give special recognition to Sana. I came into the branch other day to make some adjustments to my accounts; from the very beginning, she was so kind, gentle and had excellent communication skills. I felt like I was respected and treated in the best regard. I wish every branch could have someone like her on their team.

Worst experience other then my own bank. Been trying to call since before 12pm, got 2 people. 4 hours. Online portal to book appointments doesnt work. Neither does online features. And no one to open a chequeing account. From 4 to 8 you cant open a account? Woman on the phone spoke to me like i was retarded and tried to lie to me. At least she didnt tell me "NOT TO BANK HERE" like the first employee i got. Opening up account elsewhere. Thanks for helping the little guy and small buisness...........oh wait you dont.

Lady who take care of cashiers I don’t no she is manager or what she needs to understand banking. She waste my 1 hr for draft deposit other branch did it in 30 seconds. She was arguing with me for name on the cheque. She make her own rulesIt’s completely nonsense

It’s such a slow bank everyone working there only knows how to socialize. Three people helping one person. Specially the managers all do is just talk no banking done at all. This branch needs new leadership or shut it down. TD do you now know the importance of cost savings? Like these employees are not just wasting earned wages socializing but also bring a bad name to TD over all

Particularly bad branch, writing as I stand in line for 20 mins. Tellers have gone through 3 ppl out of of 12 waiting on that time. I'm sure they're great but management needs to be better and hire more staff. All other TDs I've been to have great fast service. Just because your in an office doesn't mean you can't help out front.

Omg!! Yes the 2.9 rating is on point. I just spent 35 minutes in there, just to get coin. Only 2 tellers, and about 10 wandering around the back and in and out of offices. At the 15 minute mark some guy walks up to the business services, says he’s in a hurry and they take him…??? While there’s still 6 people in front of me. Almost every time I go here it’s the same thing. It’s bad enough that I have to walk through the drive through because they lock the doors to the ATM. Worst set up and experience every time.

Tellers here are simply amazing and brutally overworked. Managers are simply brutal and skilled at TRYING to look busy. They offer their staff and clients no help or backup at all. I was in to make a deposit and was second in line.....it took 20 minutes. BRUTAL. Went back on Thursday. 2 tellers, 11 people in line...26 minute wait. Just find another branch somewhere and avoid the frustration!!!
