Farzan is absolutely amazing he really goes above and beyond with his customer service and makes sure you leave satisfied. I walked into the store at 7pm when they closed and he didn’t hesitate to stay late and help me out till my problem was sorted.

Farzan was the most professional and knowledgeable customer service provider I've experienced in a very long time! When I first moved here from the UK 2 years ago he helped me set up my phone. When I went in this week, he remembered me and was very courteous, helpful and friendly. He went over a number of options with me and explained the price points. The phone I wanted had just run out of stock but he made sure to call me the next day when stock arrived. Again, he helped me understand and decide on options and also found multiple discounts available. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is happy to help you get the best value. Thanks again!

Farzan is a kind, patient well informed employee. I came into the store to explore best options for a second family cell phone. He presented best options for me. I was thankful to not be immediately pressured to make a decision right away. I went home to discuss with my husband and process what I was presented with. I returned to make a purchase. I realized I was able to receive a discount through my employee. I inquired and my options completely changed. He assured me of the better deal. He took the time to explain and help me save the most money and choose plans best for us.
I returned to the store another time after receiving confusing information and clarification on my first statement. Braydon too was kind, patient and very informative. He directed me on my next steps and explained everything. I appreciated is support.
The 2 employees I saw were great. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I visited the courtice location today and I believe his name was Josh he was amazing I only had 45 min to cancel my one account get a new phone on my corporate account great customer service with not only myself but with everyone that came in he was by himself he spoke to everyone and just handled it very well he definitely deserves 5 stars for his amazing work ethics and efficiency ! Thank you for your time and getting everything done for me on my lunch break !
