We were helped by Jaden H. Jaden went above and beyond for us. His customer service skills and knowledge was amazing. Every store should have a representative like him. We will keep coming back because of the service we experinced today.

I went to the store today. I was approached by Mike. I ask him to help me out to swap my esim to physical Sim. He tried to charge me for a physical Sim which I already had. Then just to swap the Simcard he was asking again for a service fee. His behavior was extremely rude and not customer service oriented. Avoid getting service from him. You will not get the service but will ended up ripping your pocket

Negative experience here and with Telus overall. Staff at this location were very condescending, and spoke to me in a blaming way instead of trying to help. I was advised by customer service online that I could complete what I needed to in store, but the staff in the store would not complete this for me.

Today we took the chance and visited this Telus store in the Oshawa Mall. We have had a nightmare experience for months trying to close a business account and reopen another. Since the new year, accounts & billing have made nothing short of disaster of our invoices. Every month we have spent hours on the phone with Telus reps (with frustrating communication with the Philippines) trying to resolve the discrepancies. We have been disconnected, promised call backs that never happened, misinformation and told the next month it would be sorted out. Being a customer for over 20 years means absolutely nothing anymore.
We walked into this location and met Omar O. He listened to our story and while they aren’t usually able to assist with issues like ours at store level, Omar empathized with us and wanted to help. Omar spent over 3 hours with us (on the phone with billing) and guess what!!!????? Not only was he met with similar challenges when trying to communicate the issues we had with head office, he stayed calm and professional even when we could clearly hear the person on the other end of the phone wasnt being particularly helpful. Omar resolved our issue and saved the account. We wouldnt have been able to do this on our own. He was crystal clear with understanding what we needed and actioned until he got us the results. I can tell you that this level of customer service is extremely rare these days, most would have been as overwhelmed as we were and either given up or just redirected us to call Telus billing for help.
A professional, effective leader and fantastic problem solver! Omar we are eternally grateful, this has been a very stressful situation and Telus needs to pat you on the back for going WAY above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The guy names Omar maybe called manager is so rude and kinda racist please don’t visit them. He don’t want to sell I went there to buy iPhone 16 and he abused me and kicked me out. So plz avoid going to them

Called regarding buying a phone outright. Spoke to Jaden on the phone and he was completely rude and sarcastic towards me.
When I asked if I could buy it outright he said “we don’t do that here” (which is fine) but then I was considering going with a plan and mentioned if I ordered through Apple the chances of me waiting for awhile are high. His response to that was “well if you do it with us you’ll be waiting forever because we don’t do that here” in the most degrading, condescending tone I’ve ever heard. You lost my business in a matter of 2 minutes with that statement. After speaking with Evan (since there was no manager to speak to) he mentioned I should have no problem walking into Apple and getting my phone on the spot. That is an answer! Despite in the background hearing “what does he want to talk to me for?” Not the sarcastic response I received from Jaden who was absolutely no help whatsoever. Management can thank Jaden for losing business today. Not that Evan was very welcoming until mentioning I’d be speaking to management. Curious to find out how the manager treats me when speaking to him tomorrow.

I went in this weekend. I was served by Evan B, he was fantastic. He signed up both me and my boyfriend. He was fast, knowledge and friendly! I was very pleased with my experience, and with this great staff member. My boyfriend and I are pleased with our new phones and plan. Thanks again!

My mom and I went to TELUS a couple of days ago to get a new phone and were met with a man named Robert to assist us. Let me tell you something, Robert or Robbie, was the best associate at TELUS I have ever met, and possibly the best worker I have met in the service industry! He was so knowledgeable and helpful, making the task of getting a new phone, a breeze!
Robbie needs a raise.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Robbie, who was fantastic in helping me and my fiancé switch to Telus. Our old phone provider was giving us quite the hassle, and Robbie took the time to help us through all of our questions, even helping us navigate the other phone provider so that we could get cancelled from them. He went the extra mile for us both yesterday and today, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He made a very stressful process with our old provider more seamless, kept us laughing, and after a couple stressful days both days we left with a smile on our face after having him assist us. If you’re ever in the market for a new phone or switching providers, ask for Robbie and I’m sure he’ll make your day 10x better, as I know he did for us. Thanks again for your kindness, patience, and the laughs Robbie. Telus has earned some long time loyal customers today.
