Well, my wife goes there all the time. She went in today and the employee denied her service because she mentioned she was buying it for a 19 year old. He went on to give a whole speech about how habit forming vaping is even with NO nicotine. We were looking for a no nicotine vape. He even said " Go across the street for your pods". So my wife said "yeah I better go" and he responded "yeah you better". What a threatening demeanor. Why does this man even work there if he is against vaping? Lol. Super weird experience. Didn't catch the employees name but I'm sure you guys can figure out who it is since very few people work there.

Very quick, to the point, answered my questions and got me what I needed. No upselling, no talking me into something "better". Literally there for the customer.Edit: Do not bring your kids as they will not be allowed in the store. Went today and wasn't aware they had a no child rule in effect, which makes perfect sense. They still went above and beyond and I am grateful for their customer service! Would give more than five stars if I could.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable \\u0026 helpful staff. I had a very minor issue with a produce (not their fault it's just a shipping issue), the employee replaced in seconds! I'm so happy I found this place 100% recommend
