Been here on Oct 16, 2023. To put winter tires onto new alloy rims and then onto my car. The price, attitude, and communication is stellar. Definitely a 5 star for that.However, all 4 rims were scratched up by the bolt they put on the rim when doing the balancing. I noticed it when the third rim came out. Asked the guy who was doing the balancing. He mentioned it should wash away. Guess what, it didn't. Got the rims polished, it did reduce the marks but still there, and will notice if you know where to look.So my suggestion, maybe check their balancing machine before getting a balance done. Otherwise, great place for your needs.

I recently got a car after not having one for a very long time. I feel particularly inept when it comes to cars. I was so happy with the service at Trilogy. Hailey was helpful amd accommodating with my schedules and so friendly I felt at ease. when I got to Trilogy the mechanic was able to explain what was wrong in simple terms and not once made me feel inept. He fixed what needed to be fixed and the price was right...as I later learned from others. I highly recommended.

This place is a life saver!!!!! I got a nail in my tire after work and also needed my winter tires on last minute. Called everywhere in Oshawa and places were either closed or I wasn’t able to come in last minute!!!!! Thank you once again for the hospitality and calling me back to come in to change my tires!!!!!!

ould 100 percent recommend.I've been going to this place for about two years now, a definite hole In the wall.The owner and staff went above and beyond and looked into a problem for me today, free of charge after I got my tires rotated for the year.It is very hard to find people in that industry who don't take advantage of people not knowing. These guys are far from average, and go above and beyond. Run, don't walk to trilogy for your tire rotation.They're fast, efficient, and very honest people.Thanks again guys!
