My internet failed on me today and after spending over an hour on the phone with the customer service team, my mom and I were given specific instructions on what the next steps to take are. Without letting us know she needed a piece of ID, we followed her specific instructions and came to the Oshawa Mall virgin mobile Kiosk and was met by a gentleman who let us know their policy when it comes to having ID for what we came here for. Upon speaking with said gentleman, an extremely rude employee named Nick inserted himself into the conversation, with no invite, and responded to my mother in the most in humane way possible. I’ve never experienced anything so disrespectful in my life. I called him out on what he said and he knew at that point how wrong he was. I will be taking this higher up to HR.

A friend mentioned to me that they had a great experience here with Eric and was very helpful on getting their new phone/plan set up. I decided to check it out (during boxing week) it was very busy and hectic and I can only imagine how the stressed the workers are but when it was finally my turn when I spoke with Eric he was caring, respectful and very knowledgeable on his tech, I explained to him everything I needed and asked him a billion questions and he reassured me that I was getting the best deal and if there is any problems, he is the person to go to. After this experience I can confirm that he was one of the best employees to ever deal with ( even during the hectic holidays ). As my friend suggested to me, I highly recommended coming here and visiting Eric for all your needs.

I had my phone go buggy on me, and I came in for help to get a new one. The first time Eric helped me pick out a phone, he talked me through the process effortlessly. The past few times I’ve come in for accessories or to talk about my current plan, he’s been there each time. Grateful for this location.

In November I went to this kiosk and asked to add my mother’s line (which was with Bell) to my already existing Virgin account. The Virgin rep (Eric) instead created a new separate account which negatively affected my credit score and presented me with a big inconvenience. When I called Virgin customer care they only offered me a $5 credit for the inconvenience.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Aaron on Monday December 4th, 2023!!!Aaron not only saved a purple Samsung S23 FE phone for me, he akso knew his job inside and out. I was practically speechless at how well he could explain virtually everything about my new phone and services, right off the top of his head ?He was so friendly and cheerful, I honestly felt that he does truly enjoy his job and especially interacting with customers.Aaron seemed to me to be a hidden gem in a society of soured Customer Service Reps.I have been a Virgin member for 16+ years and have largely dealt with individuals over the phone. As long as Aaron is at the Virgin Plus kiosk, I will keep coming back.Great job Aaron, thank you for putting a smile on my face ?
