I get online delivery because I am disabled. Sometimes it is frustrating because the substitution is not desired because it is not a good substitute. For example, if I order tomato PASTE, I do not expect tomato SAUCE. The paste THICKENS spaghetti sauce, the 'tomato sauce' does not.The drivers have been great; very respectful. The odd one will not bring products to the door, but most do. Then I am able to reach down and bring them inside, but it is most challenging if they place the goods over by the top of the stairs.They have become more expensive than in days gone by, but that seems to be happening all over. Vegetables are typically good, but one has to watch because sometimes habaneros are already withering, as well as other produce.They are not so much a grocery store, although they try to be.Their other merchandise, such as cleaning products, towels, appliances, carpets etc are pretty good prices.I gave a 4 star, mostly because Harmony Road Walmart has good staff, in particular, their drivers.

I came a first time at 11am yesterday to get some passport pictures done. The lady worker that was here told me to come back at noon because the person that could take the pictures was out for lunch. I then came back and hour later and a man with long curly hair was there. He asked me what I wanted and I then told him I needed passport pictures done. He looked at me roll his eyes, and in a very annoyed voice told me he couldn’t do it. I had to come back an hour later. I told him that this is what I was told and before, and he responded in a very aggressive manner :” This is impossible. I was the only one there.” I told him otherwise as this is simply what happened to me. About 10 minutes later, a woman worker offered me help. When she put my pictures in the envelope and made me pay this long, curly haired man started insulting her writing in front of me and other customers around telling her she didn’t know what to do. This lady that helped me had some stuttering issues, and I could not believe that this man treated her like that with so much demeanour.Fire this man and call the police. He should be in his cell for many years for speech and harassment, in a workplace and with a special need- Worker.This man is disgusting, and if no one else reported him, I know that whoever was there, thought the exact same way as I did.

I will never shop at this store again the cashier was damn rude to both me and my young daughter she kept snapping at me saying I was holding people from up with all the shopping I had. A very nice customer who was behind me said isn't that why we are all here .to shop she pushed my daughter's hand away when she tried to help me and told he her not to be touching anything I felt like leaving every thing behind

This location is terrible.Unpleasant Experience with Walmart.I recently had a disappointing encounter with a Walmart associate. associate response was incredibly rude and insult my kid. It's disheartening to experience such behavior from a representative of a well-known company. I hope Walmart takes measures to improve the customer service at this location. This location is terrible.I would never and ever go back to this location. Such an unprofessional associate that have never trained in customer service!!

Not really impressed.... Had to argue over a posted price vs. a scanned price. Could have been handled much better. I'm closer to the other Walmart anyway, so I'll just avoid this one.

Just had a horrible experience with a customer service representative regarding some returns - where even some swear words were spoken to my husband. I then spoke to a manager, Claire, who was as rude and incompetent! There was zero ‘customer service’ - she did not know her own company policy, kept insisting that even unopened makeup was final sale, stating that ‘thats how it’s always been done’ without showing me any backup, i read out their own company policy to them, and then all she did was roll her eyes, and asked someone else to help with my returns. Not even the audacity to apologize and admit that she was unaware and made a mistake. Just walked away. The manager blatantly covers up her and her employee’s incompetence and disrespectful behaviour.. it’s not a surprise that the customer service representative behaved the way he did; it is supported by the management! Worst customer service!!!

Today, I went to the store to request a refund for my product. The woman at the front counter was rude from the very beginning. She inquired about the packaging, but the product was in a sealed packet that needed to be torn open for use, and I didn't want to keep the packaging as waste in my house. Then another woman intervened and claimed they couldn't issue a refund because it was from a third-party seller, even though that wasn't the case. I had to educate them about Walmart's refund policy, and I was correct about everything: the receipt, the product, and the timeframe. Finally, I received my refund after they were satisfied, but I wasted my time. Where is the customer satisfaction in this situation?

Seams to be getting worse and worse here unfortunately, customer service is lacking and forget about placing an order for curb side pick up they will smash everything to tight in bags give you spoiled products can never get a hold of anyone over the phone waited over an hour for curb side pick up with multiple missing items that I was not informed were out of stock a lot of theses items were basic needs stuff toilet paper milk cheese cream bread they use to substitute my order for another brand if the brand I ordered wasn’t in stock and now you just get a refund I’m not sure how they would have absolutely no milk or any kinds of bread. When I went to speak with customer service I was told to do my shopping earlier in the week so they have more products. I was very disappointed with this response and felt very much fluffed off. Unfortunately I stopped going inside this Walmart because it’s always so disorganized and messy but it’s convenient as I have a long commute to work however o believe I will be switching to a more respectable and organized Walmart I would avoid this location if you can

Just got out of the Harmony and Taunton location and it was a nightmare. I understand that the employees now roll the large carts around to shop for others which is convenient, but not for those that are trying to shop. And I say this because more than once, just today, I had to stand there to avoid being ran into by someone with their head in the device that tells them what to get. And to top it off which is my biggest complaint, when I go to self check out and most of the time I wear headphones while shopping, I can feel someone right behind me. After I take my headphone out, I am asked once again about their Mastercard. Only today the gentleman grilled me about why I am not interested. You wouldn’t go right up behind someone at any other teller or any machine that has to do with banking and payment so I’m not sure why it is allowed here.

Firstly.... I decided I needed a cart. When did they switch to the stupid model of needing change to get a cart. I hate that. Who carries change? So then I asked two associates with empty carts where I could find one because I didn't have change but I needed a cart. The first looked at me like I was asking her for change and said no sorry. Then came May who was both gracious enough to give me her cart but was also able to direct me to mouse traps after asking two other associates with no success. Then I needed to buy eye lashes... But of course you need to find an associate to unlock them. And then you have to go to the pharmacy and wait to pay for them. I get loss prevention but this is getting out of hand. Maybe Walmart only wants to cater to the unwashed masses. But it's not a good shopping experience in my opinion.

Honestly I have been going to the pharmacy here for years…like over a decade. But tonight’s experience I’m ready to switch and never come back.I only called to get a refill faxed called sat on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back to get this sassy teenager who was a little prick when I asked why I sat on hold for so long.

Trying to buy luggage. Not one piece on the west shelf (the bulk of the larger pieces) had a price. I pulled piece after piece off the shelf. Then, at checkout: "It's on the barcode." Well, let me pull my scanner out of my purse. Then, trying to call customer service, nobody answers. Great experience.

I just removed my previous five-star review. For some reason on Saturday mornings, they decide to only open the express self check-out and now people with full carts aren't allowed to use it. I've talked to the manager and they don't understand that opening the large self checkout instead of the express would allow everyone to use it and wouldn't add to their staffing requirements. Saturday morning is a busy Grocery day

Clean Walmart that is well stocked. Only gave 4/5 stars as the grocery selection is quite limited (I.e. no asparagus and limited green veggies). Lots of lovely plants to look at.

Backpacks for school all had lunch bags stuffed inside them in section. My wife went to pay through self checkout and a worker came up and accused her of trying to steal the lunch bag, which didn’t have a price on it. My wife explained it was inside, they all are in section, and the worker continued to say she was lying.For one, store needs to fix its own section to avoid the issue, if it’s separate, make them separate and give a price on the lunch bag. It’s not our fault the store made a mistake.Secondly, work it out with the terrible employees you have at self checkout. My wife had over $200 in groceries but they’d think she’s stealing a 15-20 dollar lunch bag. Hovering over her saying she does this with every customer, while other customers continue to check themselves out.Whoever was working it this morning on August 2nd came off way to aggressively and accusatory over the stores mistake. My wife didn’t even argue paying for it.
