Customer service was through the roof!!! Best time I’ve had looking for work boots the ladies who helped me were funny nice to talk too and made me feel like family. I highly recommend!

I've known the staff and dealt with Work Authority for about 15 years. They are always able to provide whatever I need and if there's a problem with a product, they solve it without being a bunch of whiny babies. Couldn't beat 'em with a club! What a great place to buy safety gear.
