I had multiple issues with orders that failed to go through online and shipments that never happened, but Alan (1009059) at the Bayshore location was extremely helpful and patient. He went above and beyond in contacting customer support to obtain a satisfactory resolution. My daughter and I came in frustrated, but left happy.

I had an awful experience. I’m not sure if the employees there Are aware that they’re employed annd are supposed to be working but they were all just standing and talking. I asked for a size and proceeded to wait five minutes for the employee to finish her conversation before she got me the pair of shoes. And then she tried to push a cleaning item on me at the end. I have no issue with supporting businesses, But the experience was so awful and I was so turned off from the whole entire thing. Aldo used to be a reputable Company and now it’s a bunch of children dressed in sweatpants. I hope things can change for the better.

Lotus and Hannah at the Bayshore branch gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very welcoming, polite and very informed. They were patient and made sure I found the perfect shoes to match my outfit. Great assets to the Company. Will be doing a lot more shopping at this branch because of them.

We went there on Jan 14th, 2025 at 8pm.
Employee by the name of “Beti” working there was extremely rude. When we were looking at the purse, she personally came to us and told us to “place the purse back on the shelf the way you found it”. There was hardly one another customer at that moment, and one other sales rep. was working with her as well. Even though we bought 3 purses from the store, during checkout she was arrogant. Her behaviour was unwelcoming, and rude. Most of the time they were inside the room. They have no customer service skills at all. I am not going to visit this store ever again.
