Today, my wife and I visited the American Eagle store located in Rideau Centre in Ottawa, and we were absolutely delighted! The store has a cozy atmosphere: pleasant music, stylish lighting, and great color choices in the interior that create a very comfortable vibe.
The selection is fantastic – the clothes are stylish, high-quality, and reasonably priced. It’s easy to find something you’ll love here! The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff.

Great service from Danielle 🙏 a week ago, she helped me pick out the right shirt for work. I felt like the most authentic and grounded interactions were from her, compared to the rest of the staff. She was very receptive to the needs of clients. Regarding the changing room, I do think they could use 2 employees in there instead of 1. The girl working at the front half of the store was also very nice.

I was greatly helped by two workers named Cadence and Andrea and I swear it was the best shopping g experience ever! They made me want to stay in the store all day! Absolute sweethearts, so helpful and the clothes too…fabulous! I’ll definitely come back !! 🫶

Very well organized store and great service from Risa and Jessica, who were absolute gems and super helpful.
The fitting rooms were clean, they get you the sizes you need so you don’t have to go back and forth. And the variety for sizes was helpful. I also found the ladies in the store to be very knowledgeable.
Good sales too!

Staff welcoming and ready to help us. It's the perfect place to find a pair of jeans that suits you. Lots of different styles and models. It’s around $65 to $75 per pair of jeans though.
