Went jeans shopping with our daughter and had the pleasure of being helped out by Keeva. What a wonderful experience. She made our daughter feel so welcome and so comfortable in her own skin it was beautiful to watch. Keeva you're one of a kind and we are so lucky to have met you!

I never have any issues with this store and would say I order from them frequently. Always easy returns/exchanges, pick ups, friendly staff, etc. This was the first time in the years Ive shopped here that I had a pick up order that had gave me an incorrect date I had to pick up my order by. Upon calling the store when I got an email saying my order was cancelled as to no understanding as to why, I was directed to the manager who told me they still had my order and could hold it for me for my intended pick up of the next day and repurchase the items at the price I paid online. Arriving the following day the manager I spoke to happened to be working and was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. I docked a star only because the manager told me I had 7 days to pick up my order from the date of creation despite my email telling me I had another few days to spare for pick up. She wasn’t understanding as to why it was telling me an incorrect date but nonetheless i’m grateful for her help and she made the process super easy and accommodating! I didn’t catch her name but thanks again :)

I had a really great experience at this store specifically because of sales associate Dayle! Thank you so much to this incredible person who turned my shopping experience into such a fun time. Dayle helped me find my size (which she somehow just knew, like wow) and suggested a few new looks that I absolutely adored. It turned into laughs, chats, and I left the store so excited to wear my new clothes and feeling super confident. Dayle, you seriously rock!

My favourite store to buy comfortable jeans. I tend to buy them when they have sales. This specific location I give 4 stars only because the lay out is different then the other locations it’s odd.

All staff standing around chatting, walked around the store for 5 mins and no one greeted me or offered assistance.

The staff was extremely obnoxious, screaming and laughing extensively. Almost always unable to help because of their conversations. Swore multiple times (loudly), and I personally found extremely rude. would recommend rehiring

The staff at this location are a delight - super friendly and always available to help. Unfortunately I can't say the same for their selection. How is it that this location carries almost NO jeans from the curvy line? The only options available (aka, 1 style in 2 colours) were tucked away in a corner of the store and almost impossible to find. AE loves to insist that they support all body shapes but having larger sizes isn't the same as supporting different body shapes. It's such a pity, because the single curvy option available fit a million times better than any other pair of jeans in the store, all of which featured a gaping waistband and were ridiculously snug everywhere else. Please, if nothing else, add a bootcut or flare style to the curvy options so I can keep shopping from you guys!

Great customer service from every staff member. Very attentive, patient and kind. Shout out to Maddie who was very knowledgeable about the different jeans and short options!
