I cannot say enough good things about this store and team. When I went I was helped by a girl named Evelyn and she made me feel at home. She was non-judgmental about what I was looking for and hyped me up. A very supportive and inclusive place to shop!

Worst customer service experience.. the sales manager evelyn is a rude person.. her tone is derogatory and mean towards the customers.. she needs to be trained to understand the values of this brand .. she does not deserve to be a manager.. I am never shopping at this American eagle branch again..

Went it with my girlfriend a couple of months ago to get some jeans. Tabitha helped us out for over an hour, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process very enjoyable. An excellent worker, with an unwavering smile that made us feel welcome the entire time. Her advice on the type of jeans I should buy was on point, I love both pairs of jeans and have been wearing them almost every day since. Can’t thank her enough for her help!

Wow! I went in with my friend with no expectations and we both asked for help with jeans shopping - we got AMAZING help from Josée! I am very satified and will definitely be back. I have to say Tabitha is the most nicest,sweetest and most helpful worker in the store that I’ve ever encountered, I’m trying to change up my style a little bit and Tabitha was very helpful in helping me style it up. She’s not just your typical worker she’s basically a bestfriend when needing advice on the clothing. She also sensed what style I would like right off the bat which is what made my shopping easier for me instead of trying on 1000 different items. 10/10 recommend Tabitha if you need a helping hand.

I wanna start by saying that Evelyn was one of the greatest staff over there ! Helping me get jeans that were on sale when I didn’t even know ! She helped me get the exact size ! And she was really nice, polite, beautiful and really social ! The staff over there is pretty cool! If you need clothes and someone who’ll treat you really well… go to American eagle !! Evelyn will take good care of you ! ?

Accessibility: Fully accessible, decently spacious and decent sized changing rooms.A decently stocked and clean American Eagle Outfitters clothing store within St Laurent shopping mall. The staff here are extremely friendly and always seem happy and smiling. This seems like an amazing place to work with excellent teamwork.This store is in between two mall entrances. I find the easiest entrance is to park beside the oc transpo hub - the 2nd story parking at entrance #5 beside Goodlife fitness. Enter the mall and go left down the hall and it will be a few stores down.

The staff was so friendly!! Everyone was so attentive and helped me out so well that my visit was just enjoyable all around. Selma was especially helpful and such a pleasure to be around, I really had the best shopping experience with her and the other staffs. 10/10 recommend.
